Shentu Chu flew back to Shengjing all by himself. Originally, Qiao Nian wanted to go with him but Qiao Minde didn't let her.
Qiao Minde had become more wary of him ever since they came out of the hospital.

"You are the one who had been acting weird," Qiao Minde said to her. Qiao Nian didn't say anything and hide her face away. How could she tell her brother that she kissed someone? Will he murder that person?
Qiao Minde came face to face with Shentu Chu, growling as he said, "I won't let Ah Nian be taken advantage of,"
"Don't worry. I won't fail your trust," Shentu smiled cheerfully.
