Fortunately, or unfortunately, Cass was refusing to look at it too closely; there was a knock on the door again. This time, it was Sir Forsythe, and he was coming to check on Cass since he normally didn't sleep in this late.
Cass was bright red, on the bed with both men who had shit eating grins on their faces as Cass chanted internally for Sir Forsythe not to open the door.
"He's awake. Getting changed." Lucian called and Cass could practically hear the gears turning in his head from outside of the door.
"I…see. Is he in another room?" Sir Forsythe asked and Cass gave Lucian a look. He hoped the man understood that he was telling Lucian to lie. Lucian, able to read his thoughts, smirked.
