The Mythic Rank was a stage unlike any other. It was not simply a transition between realms but a foundation upon which all future power rested. Every cultivator who reached this level understood that it was not about how quickly one advanced but how much energy one could store within each of the ten levels.
The denser and purer the energy within one's body, the stronger the base upon which the Divine Rank would later stand. Those who rushed through the Mythic Rank often found themselves limited, their divine potential forever capped.
But Max was not one to take shortcuts. He knew the value of a stable foundation better than anyone else. Each level of the Mythic Rank was like a vast container waiting to be filled, and the amount of energy it could hold depended entirely on the strength of the cultivator's body, soul, and will.
For most geniuses, filling even half of that container was already a monumental feat, one that required years of accumulation.
