The vast expanse of stars stretched endlessly across the horizon, so infinite that the concept of distance seemed to lose all meaning. Every direction Max looked, he saw nothing but a boundless ocean of light—countless stars shimmering like scattered jewels in the fabric of the cosmos.

Some glowed faintly like distant embers, while others burned fiercely, illuminating vast stretches of space with their radiance. The scene was breathtaking and terrifying at the same time, a beauty born from infinite emptiness.

The air—or rather, the energy—around them was silent and still, yet it carried a weight that pressed upon the soul. There was no ground beneath their feet, no wind to move, no sound to break the quiet. Only the eternal hum of existence itself echoed faintly through the void between the stars.

"Are we in outer space?" Max asked, his eyes reflecting the celestial lights surrounding them. His voice was calm, but there was a trace of wonder hidden within it.
