After Nawaki got injured and she took over managing the logistics department to stop the higher-ups from meddling too much, Tsunade hadn't gone to the front lines during the war. This, of course, meant Kato Dan, who had never gotten over her, lost his chance.
In his pursuit of her, Kato tried everything he could, but Tsunade wasn't interested.
Taking a long gulp of her drink, Tsunade clenched her fist, venting, "I warned him last time- if he sends me anything again or asks me out for dinner, I'm going to punch him. He's been quiet for a while now, though. Maybe he finally gave up."
Despite chasing after her for years, which Tsunade had to admit showed perseverance she admired, there simply was no spark between them.

Meanwhile, in the Mizukage's office in the Village Hidden in the Mist, Yagura asked nervously, "Lord Mizukage, are you really alright?"
"I'm fine. I'll be done in a bit," Third Mizukage replied from his spot on the toilet.
Yagura, who had been ordered to keep an eye on the Mizukage to prevent any more of his previous violent, mad fits, smiled weakly. "But you've been in there for two hours, my lord. Are you sure you're feeling well?"
After recovering from his earlier erratic state, the Third Mizukage had returned to normal, no longer going on murderous rampages.
However, now that he seemed to spend a concerning amount of time in the bathroom, Yagura had his doubts. It was strange, to say the least.
The Mizukage had taken to spending hours in the restroom, and Yagura couldn't help but overhear him muttering, cursing under his breath, "Why can't I go?"
Yagura had no idea if the Mizukage was constipated, but he was too scared to call the medical team to check on him.
"I'm fine, really. In fact, I feel younger than ever. Go ahead and rest; I'll be out soon."
"...As you command, my lord," Yagura hesitated but eventually decided to leave.
Guarding a restroom for days on end wasn't what he'd signed up for, and he had his own doubts about the situation.
The Third Mizukage's health seemed to be improving at an unnatural rate, given that he was supposed to be an old man, once drained by illness.
Yagura was growing increasingly suspicious with every passing day.
What Yagura didn't know was that the Third Mizukage was actually being controlled by Tobi, who had fused his body with Zetsu cells, which led to the bizarre changes in his condition. The Mizukage's biological functions had been altered, which is why he was having such a hard time in the bathroom.
Meanwhile, Sakumo Hatake, who had already infiltrated the Village Hidden in the Mist, was busy gathering intel.
During his mission, he discovered a shocking piece of information-the Third Mizukage had recovered.
Deciding to investigate further, Sakumo made his way to the Mizukage's office.
