Lotcar stopped in his tracks and looked up at the shadow waiting quietly on the tree. Several elves crouched there, aiming their bows and arrows directly at Yang Yu without any communication, and then another volley of arrows shot toward Yang Yu.
"Lotcar, watch out."
He warned Lotcar to dodge the barrage of arrows, and then Yang Yu quickly stood up from Lotcar's body and jumped toward the nearest tree. His feet stuck firmly to the tree trunk like suction cups, heading straight for the closest elf.
Sharp arrows flew ferociously toward Yang Yu, but they were violently shaken off by him and stuck into the trunk of the tree he was moving along.
Sensing Yang Yu closing in, the nearest female elf gathered strength in her legs, intending to use a jump to evade him, but Yang Yu followed closely behind her. He stepped where the elf had rubbed past and then leaped up.
