"They have their own wilderness surroundings. Unless, Human Alliance gives permission. They won't come out to help," Black said.
"So let me first check out the situation. If things are really that serious, the Human Alliance can't ignore the threat," Black added.
Governor Chloe said,"Since you have decided. I'll accompany you as well. In case of an emergency, we can escape from their trickery."
"I'll be waiting here to help," Carl replied.
