He suddenly stopped speaking and looked down at the ring on his ring finger.

Hugo mumbled again, as if talking to himself.

How can you be so sunny, how can you still believe in people and the world and live so bravely?
Hugo just swallowed the words that were about to follow. As if reading his mind, Winter answered brightly.
