prologue

They gave us walls and called it mercy. But mercy built on chains is no mercy at all.

For a thousand years, we have been caged. Our realm turned prison. Our home turned tomb. High mountains to mock us. Burning skies to blind us. Beauty twisted into a reminder—this is all we are allowed.

The histories call us "monsters". They say we brought fire to the coalition, broke the realms with our war. A crime too great to forgive. But no one remembers how it all began.

No proof. No record. They killed our gods so that No voice would left to defend us.

Only blame.

Blame carved into stone.

Blame written into air.

Blame that smothers every breath we take.

so we remain…chained demons, damned not by truth, but by the lie that bound us.

And when the walls fall, mercy itself will die with them.
