Chapter 92 - Shooting Stars and Helicopters

Edward

Instead of a romantic night in, Connor and I ordered bbq ribs from a restaurant down the street from Delunca's luxury apartment and to be fancy we ordered a bottle of wine instead of beer.

I shook my head before stuffing chips in my mouth. "That's a helicopter mate."

"No it's not," he pointed with his rib to the sky. "It's a perfectly good star. Might even be a shooting star."

I kept quiet as I focused but let out a loud laugh when we heard the loud helicopter blades pass through. "You clearly haven't seen a shooting star."
