I looked around the field wondering where Edward had disappeared off too. We were busy packing up and he had been gone for quite a few minutes now when I thought about it. No one really seemed to notice or if they had they didn't raise the question.
With a purse of my lips and an exhale, I finished off my stretches and walked across the field to Coach. "Have you seen Edward?"
Coach slightly tipped his cap back to look at me then shrugged, "said he went to the loo. Maybe the toilet swallowed him up." He burst out laughing, clearly finding his joke to be the funniest thing of this century.
It immediately exhausted me but I forced a smile. I went up the stairs from the field to inside the training center. First stop was evidently the bathroom which was completely empty and there didn't seem to be any signs of struggle with toilets therefore that was ruled out.
