"..' s exhausted" ~"When will....up, Pi....pple?"~ "I told you already!"~
"Shut up ...co!"~ What do you think ..ps?"~
"I think the brat is awake already."
"Yeah. But my head is killing me. Where am i?" Aden asked confused. The last thing he recalled was jumping through the strange portal thingy and damn near destroying a marine base.
"You're on Moby Dick. Whitebeard's ship. We took you outside before you woke up. Fresh air does wonders. " replied a pineapple looking guy with glasses.
"Whitebeard!? Oh i am so screwed.." Aden hung his head. He thought he caused trouble for the White-mustache-but-that-sounds-weird man. He knew he saved Ace and Luffy, but he had no idea if Whitebeard was upset for him apparently crashing on his ship.
"Heh. I see the worry, kid. But it's fine. You saved my son, so i should thank you." said the man himself Whitestache...I mean Whitebeard.
"With respect, i was saving my brothers." Aden said respectfully as he stood up. Only now noticing the blood soaked bandage around his belly.
"Fair enough." Whitebeard said as he took another large gulp from his barrel of booze.
"Can i have some?" Aden asked noticing how thirsty he was.
"Bit young no?" Marco took a jab at Aden.
"...Pirate..." Aden said simply.
"Touché." Marco replied handing him a mug. Aden took it and gestured at Whitebeard in cheers. Surprisingly, Whitebeard raised his barrel slightly in response.
As Aden took a sip, he thought it tasted great. Strongest man has the best stuff i guess, he thought.
"ADEN!" "BIG BRO!" came two shouts from the cabin door.
"Luffy! Ace!" Aden beamed a happy smile at seeing them alright. Sure they were banged up, but nothing too serious. Luffy had a strange look on his face.
As they got to catching up, Aden learned why. Apparently Luffy passed out from shock when he saw Aden take that hit, thinking his brother died in front of him.
Since then, he did not sleep well due to always waking up screaming from a nightmare of that moment. That was four days now.
"By the way Aden? How did you even get there? You just appeared from nowhere." Ace asked scratching his chin in thought.
"I used this." Aden pulled out the book like flat piece of metal that unfolded into the mysterious cube. He answered honestly, seeing no reason to hide it.
"I have no idea what this really is, but apparently, when i used my powers on it it opened some sort of a paassageway between locations." Aden explained, his own thoughts confused about it.
"So that is how? If i didn't witness it myself, i'd never believe it." Ace said in awe.
"Yeah yeah, whatever. What is it though?" Luffy bugged in, getting too close to the cube.
"I just said i have no idea, moron!" Aden shouted, and bonked Luffy on the head with his left fist.
"YEOUUUCHH!! IT HURTS! I'm rubber, why does it hurt!?" Luffy was rolling on the floor with a bump forming on his head.
And so the day went on, the brothers catching up, Whitebeard and his sons getting drunk. Again. Aden, after feeling better a day later said goodbye to his brothers, nodded in respect towards Whitebeard, surprisingly getting one in return, and floated away leaving behind only a burst of air.
"Pops? You knew what that cube was, didn't you?" Marco asked Whitebeard, after Aden left and Luffy and Ace were out of earshot.
"Hmph. Roger told a story one about something like that. He found some ancient scripts describing the cube, but no depictions. He said that whoever wrote those papers, never found it. Just that they themselves hears stories. Only thing that was there was the name. Mirror of Poseidon. Don't ask me about the name, that is just what Roger said." Whitebeard grumbled out a longwinded response, causing his throat to dry so he took another huge gulp from a new barrel.
"Mirror of Poseidon, huh? Wonder why that name." Marco mused as he stared in the direction Aden left.
.
"Okay it has been days! We should do something!" Buggy shouted for the upteenth time that day, only to recieve a fist to the back of his head.
"And I told you, there is nothing we can do! Captain's card is intact even though it smoked for a bit, it recovered. Means he is fine. He will come back." Nojiko scolded Buggy. Again.
"Maybe he disappeared from this world in general. That portal looking thing may have erased him from existence." Robin said nonchalantly, sipping tea.
"Don't say such scary stuff!!" Nojiko and Buggy shouted in terror at the same time.
"She has a point though...What ever he used was something new. We have no idea what it can do." Ring added his own to Belli.
"Have faith in our captain. He will be just fine." Robin spoke calmly, still reading the big book they got from the island.
"Didn't you just say..!?" Buggy started, only for a loud *BONK* to stop his tirade.
"I said, droo it!"
"Yes, dear." Buggy said with his head hung low, with an expression of a scolded child.

A marine is seen walking through the corridor of a navy base. For the past four days, the storm surrounding the Marineford was causing headaches to all his superiors.
He was currently carrying a report to Fleet Admiral Sengoku. He was not looking forward to it.
*knock knock knock* he knocked on the door of the office.
"ENTER!" came a frustrated reply with barely contained anger.
"Sir!" the marine started, giving a crisp salute "I bring the progress reports you requested."
"Give it here!" Sengoku snapped, grabbing the papers before the marine even reacted.
After a few moments, Sengoku began to shake in rage, releasing a wave of golden energy, that knocked the marine backwards.
"THEY DEMAND TO LEAVE?! DEMAND!!? THEY'RE PIRATES !!!! BESIDES, ARE THEY STUPID OR BLIND NOT TO REALIZE WE HAVE BEEN TRYING JUST THAT!!?" Sengoku punched a hole through his table... Right next to the three, badly patched up others.
"That brat sure left us in the slums, huh? Hahahaha!" came a carefree laugh feom the sofa.
"Garp i swear to god, if you weren't one of our stroongest people i would have put your face through thAT GODDAMNED WALL!!!!" Sengoku, tired of Garp's relentless mockery, shouted damn near turning golden.
Garp for his part was shocked silent. He knew he annoyed Sengoku but he never got such a response. Seeing Sengoku this serious he let up.
"This damn storm has been going strong for four days! FOUR! And now the pirates want to be let go, our supplies are running out, and Sakazuki damn mear melted half the base in rage. What about this says i am in the mood for your foolishness!?" Sentoku ranted angrily.
Before Garp could reply, ankthe marine burts through the door.
"SIR! Sir. The storm! It's clearing!" he reported, out of breath.
"What?" Sengoku rushed to his window and opened the wooden blinds.
He saw the wall of wind surrounding the base slowing down, the lightning was all but gone, the tornadoes stopped completely and sun was beginning to poke through the clouds.
"Ran out of juice did it?" Garp suggested feom the side.
"Or, hopefully, the brat died. Getting hit by Sakazuki like that makes it a good possibility."
Sengkku countered.
"Doubt it..."
",... Have the bounty on Four Winds's head increase!" he ordered the first marine.
"Yes, sir!" he saluted and ran off.
The very next day there was an updated wanted poster.
