This announcement is to clarify some upcoming changes I'll be making to make the writing process smoother. I know some of you might not like these adjustments and might even consider dropping the fanfic, but I hope you'll bear with me.
Now, let's talk about the changes:
First, I'll be removing the skill mastery system (like Basic, Advanced, etc.). From now on, progress in skills will depend purely on training and practice.
Second, I'll be revising the item grades. I feel that some items, especially weapons that are not properly ranked, so I'll be making adjustments. Of course, I understand that some of you might not agree with the new grading of certain weapons. If you feel a weapon's grade doesn't fit, please feel free to suggest a more reasonable one.
There will also be some adjustments to the stats of other characters, similar to the changes with item grades. If you have suggestions for reasonable stat distributions, please feel free to share them in the comments.
In addition, I'll be introducing something new, a tier system for spells and skills. I'll be using the ranking system from Overlord as a base, but with additional tiers above Super Tier. These will be: Ultimate Tier, World Tier, and God Tier.
Lastly, regarding Spirit Integration and Spirit Transformation: when Shido transforms into his Spirit Form, his stats will rise dramatically, right? However, I want to clarify that his stats will no longer increase once they've already reached S Rank. For example, his Luck will remain at S Rank, rather than going to S+ as I mistakenly wrote before. As for his charm which was S+, it will also remain like that during Spirit Transformation/ Integration.
