"Clark! Clark!"

Gwen called softly, carrying Clark out of the stasis pod. She laid him onto Three-Eyes' back and ran toward the base exit.

At the same time, deep within the fifth underground level, a figure stirred. Within moments, the once-stiff and unnatural body became fluid and agile. He picked up a nearby white lab coat and put it on.

Lifting his gaze upward, his face twisted into a stiff smile as his body rose slowly into the air. After pausing briefly, he extended his palm toward the ceiling.

"Boom!"

A shockwave burst from his hand, blasting open a hole several meters wide in the ceiling. In the next instant, his figure vanished.

Meanwhile, Gwen and the others were racing for the exit. Clark, rescued from the pod, was slung over Three-Eyes' back as the wolf sprinted ahead.

The loud explosion echoed from behind them. Gwen stopped, turned, and told the others, "You go on ahead. The enemy is here."

"I'll stay too!"

Peter didn't hesitate to stand beside her. Harry and Luke exchanged glances and joined them with confident smiles.

Three-Eyes tossed Clark into Tony's arms, then took his place behind the four of them.

"Tony, Clark is in your hands now," Gwen said.

Blue flames erupted across her body, consuming her flesh and transforming her into a blazing skeleton.

Before Tony could respond, Gwen and Peter's spider-senses flared. Peter shot out two webs, pulling Harry and Luke out of harm's way. Gwen, however, only had time to launch a single flaming web before she was struck by a figure. She was hurled into Three-Eyes, sending both wolf and rider crashing into the distance.

Boom!

Gwen smashed through a wall, her scattered blue flames trailing through the air like a shimmering ribbon before falling to the ground.

Everyone's eyes turned toward the figure in the white lab coat.

It was a massive man, easily two meters tall, with a crimson diamond-shaped mark on his forehead.

Flames still clung to him from Gwen's web, yet he looked at them with curious eyes.

"Go!"

Gwen barked the order. She pulled at the seemingly invisible strands of webbing dispersed through the air. With her tug, the threads wrapped around the man, igniting into flame and turning him into a blazing blue torch.

Tony carried Clark and flew toward the exit. Harry hurled several incendiary bombs at the enemy.

Boom! Boom!

Explosions shook the chamber as Luke seized the chance to teleport beside the enemy, unleashing his ability.

"Peter!"

Luke shouted. Peter rushed forward, but the man-turned-torch casually waved his hand. An invisible force blasted Luke backward.

Peter quickly fired webs, catching Luke midair. But that same unseen force turned him into a projectile, slamming him into Harry.

"Damn it!"

Harry cursed, bracing his arms across his chest as he and Peter were sent flying.

"Rooar!"

Three-Eyes lunged with savage fury, jaws of flame snapping toward the enemy. The man simply grabbed the wolf by the head and slammed him into the ground.

Boom!

The floor quaked as fiery shockwaves rippled outward. The third level cracked and collapsed, sending Three-Eyes crashing into the fourth.

Bang!

With a casual motion, the man shook off the flames burning on his body. As Gwen charged toward him, his lips curved into a pleased smile.

Boom! Boom!

Hearing the chaos behind him, Tony paused. He pressed his comm and shouted, "Uncle Mike!"

"Uncle Mike! Mike!"

Tony's voice rang out.

"Gwen's been hit!"

The words had barely left his mouth when his arms suddenly felt lighter.

"Huh?"

He looked down, startled to see Clark gone.

Where was Clark?

Could it be…?

He spun around just in time to see Clark, now awake, land a crushing punch square on the enemy's face. Before the man could recover, another figure dropped from above—stomping his head and smashing the floor of the third level, driving them both down to the fifth.

Tony's mouth twitched slightly.

"Brother!"

Seeing Clark floating in midair, Gwen cried out in joy and rushed to embrace him tightly.

Clark nodded, patting her flaming skull affectionately. "That just now… was Dad, wasn't it?"

Gwen gave a firm "Mm."

Clark released her and said, "You all should get out of here first!"

He rose into the air, hovering at the edge of the blasted hole, scanned the battlefield below, and then descended.

The sounds of battle grew fiercer.

Gwen glanced down at the chaos, then turned to the others. "Go!"

There were still plenty of clones outside—more than enough enemies to deal with. This one could be left to her father and brother.

The five of them and the wolf fled the base. Just as they made it out, the ground shook violently. Crimson beams erupted from within the base.

Boom! Boom!

Explosions roared as torrents of fire spewed out, painting the sky a blazing orange-red.

In the next moment, three figures burst through the flames like blades cutting through the inferno.

Mike. Clark. And… the Abomination.

A flash of light in Mike's hand revealed a mangled head. From the features that remained, it was clearly another Abomination.

"Tony? What happened? Did you fail?" Mike asked, frowning.

"No! His backup consciousness has already been destroyed. This body must have been prepared earlier, and our attack on his backups triggered its activation."

Mike's cold gaze fixed on the Abomination. "So, in other words, as long as we kill this one, the Abomination is finished for good?"

"Exactly!"

At Tony's words, Mike's eyes gleamed. He raised the severed head, unleashed twin beams of heat vision, and burned it to nothing.

The Abomination's smile faltered for a moment. Then he shrugged, feigning indifference. "It's just a body I don't need."

Damn it!

If he hadn't recently completed this perfect vessel and uploaded his consciousness into it beforehand, he'd already be dead!

His expression hardened. He glanced at Gwen and the others fleeing the base, his brow furrowing slightly.

Tony Stark?

Wasn't that man already dead?

A clone, then?

Considering Tony Stark's genius, the Abomination quickly came to his own conclusion.

At his command, the remaining dozens of clone soldiers surged toward Gwen's group.

During the battle with Akatsuki, he had lost many clones. These were the last of them.

But at least those red-clouded-cloak wearers had finally been taken down. Their corpses—

The Abomination's eyes shifted toward the bodies strewn across the ground.

Excellent. Soon, he would claim these fine specimens as his prized collection.

A smile crept across his lips. But in the next instant, that smile froze on his face.
