"Ahhh!"

Mr. Terror screamed in agony. Through the Eye of Judgment, he was forced to experience the endless torment of those experimental subjects who had been dissected piece by piece and subjected to all kinds of extreme experiments. Accompanying that pain was the searing burn of his very soul.

He struggled desperately, but Mike and Clark pressed down on him like two immovable mountains.

A few seconds later, under the scorching torment of his soul, his consciousness of struggle was completely erased.

"Sinner!"

Gwen's voice was cold as she spoke. The flames of vengeance consumed Mr. Terror's soul until nothing remained.

Releasing his face, Gwen turned to Mike and Clark with a smile.

Casually tossing Mr. Terror's corpse aside, Mike praised the two of them: "Well done."

Hearing Mike's words, the two chuckled sheepishly.

Looking toward the distant battlefield, Gwen said in a strange, almost detached tone, "It's time to bring this to an end."

Clark nodded slightly and glanced toward Mike.

Mike waved his hand dismissively. "Go ahead. I'll take care of the loose ends."

Watching the two leave and join Harry and the others on the battlefield, Mike shifted his gaze toward the corpse on the ground.

A card materialized in his hand, manifesting into the black flames of Amaterasu. After Mr. Terror's body was reduced to ash, Mike rushed into his base.

Moments later, torrents of magma surged from within, obliterating the entire facility until not a trace was left behind.

Hovering high in the air, Mike swept the area with his super vision. Once he confirmed nothing suspicious remained, he flew toward Gwen and the others' battlefield.

With a snap of his fingers, he dismissed the manifested ninjas, then descended from the sky under the group's watchful eyes.

Excitement, joy, relief, admiration…

Everyone looked at Mike with emotions that spoke volumes. Raising an eyebrow, Mike smirked.

"Don't look at me like that. This was just standard procedure."

The group couldn't help but burst out laughing.

"Come on!"

A card appeared between Mike's fingers as he smiled at the others. "Let's celebrate properly!"

Everyone cheered enthusiastically, and when Mike opened a portal, they marched through without hesitation.

Once Mike stepped through, he waved his hand to close the portal.

"Wait a second! Almost forgot about the bodies."

Another portal opened at the same spot.

Mike smacked his forehead and walked back out, waving cheerfully at Gwen on the other side of the portal. After closing it again, he quickly disposed of the corpses on the island.

A few minutes later, Mike clapped his hands in satisfaction.

That's better. All cleaned up.

"Hmm… I think the house is running low on groceries…"

Rubbing his chin thoughtfully, Mike muttered before opening another portal and stepping through.

Two hours later, Mike carried out the last dish.

Mike, Clark, Gwen, Ororo, Peter, Harry, Luke, Mira, Tony, along with Ororo and Bruce who were at Mike's house, all gathered around the old dining table, cheering as they raised their glasses.

"For justice!"

"For us!"

"For the world!"

Tony glanced around at the group and curled his lip.

Too young. They completely missed the point.

He gave a small cough, then shouted at the top of his lungs: "For Uncle Mike!"

Gwen and the others froze, instantly shifting their eyes toward Tony.

Tony, far from embarrassed, lifted his chin proudly at them.

Everyone burst into laughter, then turned to Mike and shouted in unison:

"For Dad! (For Mike!) (For Grandpa!) (For Uncle Mike!)"

Mike smiled warmly, gave Tony a playful wink, and clinked his glass gently against theirs.

Clink!

The next morning, Mike stumbled into the bathroom, rubbing his hair that looked like a bird's nest.

Cool water splashed against his face, and he let out a contented sigh.

Staring at his reflection in the mirror, he patted his cheeks lightly. Remembering the chaos from last night after everyone had drunk too much, he couldn't help but laugh softly to himself. "Those crazy kids…"

After washing up, Mike headed into the kitchen. He prepared breakfast for everyone, then called them to the table.

Once everyone had finished eating, Mike opened a portal and led them to the conference room of Star Company.

By then, Jason Stryker had already gathered the company's executives, department heads, and legal counsel.

As Mike's group emerged from the portal, the room filled with stunned and puzzled stares.

But before anyone could speak, Jason Stryker stood and announced to the crowd: "As of today, Star Company belongs to Miss Gwen Kent."

The moment the words fell, shock rippled through the room. The executives stared at Jason as though struck on the head with a massive hammer, their minds buzzing in stunned disbelief.

"Gentlemen, I have transferred the name of 'company owner' and all my assets into Miss Gwen Kent's name. And from today onward, the Star Exterminators will no longer be hunted. They are no longer criminals."

Jason Stryker turned to Mike and said respectfully.

Mike nodded coolly. "If everything's settled, you may go."

Jason gave a faint smile. "For what I've done, I am deeply sorry."

With those words, he drew a gun, pressed it against his temple, and pulled the trigger.

Bang!

The sharp crack echoed through the conference room, plunging it into utter silence. The executives were completely dumbfounded.

What kind of plot twist was this?

What kind of development was this?

How could he just suddenly kill himself?

And what were they supposed to do now?

Question after question flashed through their stunned minds.

Mike didn't let them linger in fear and confusion for long. With Professor X's power fading into glowing motes of light, Mike's psychic energy surged through his mind, freezing everyone in place as he began reprogramming their thoughts.

Most of these people were ordinary humans, so it didn't take him long.

But while rewriting their minds, Mike discovered their thoughts had already been tampered with.

No doubt Jason Stryker's handiwork.

Within half an hour, every single person in that conference room had been turned into loyal subordinates of Gwen and her team.

Dismissing the manifested power, Mike told them calmly, "Go. Do your jobs."

They answered in unison and left the room with respectful expressions, as though Jason Stryker's corpse lying there didn't even exist.

Gwen conjured two brilliant blue flames, burning away Stryker's body and the bloodstains, but a dazed look flashed in her eyes.

Was that it?

It was over… just like that?

Mike gently patted her head, smiling. "Silly girl, this is only the beginning."

For now, they had simply eliminated the one who needed to be eliminated and secured control of Star. But if they wanted to transform the company into the superhero organization Gwen envisioned, there was still much work to do.

Gwen snapped back to her senses and nodded. "I understand."

Turning to Clark, Peter, and the others, she broke into a radiant smile. "Let's work hard together."

Everyone smiled and nodded in agreement.
