Odin had prepared a whole scenario for himself to demonstrate his own wisdom, but because of a single sentence from Mike, Odin was instead made to look like a deceived old man...

Odin cursed inwardly, glaring fiercely at Ebony Maw.

It was all this guy's fault!

He casually waved the spear in his hand, and just as he was about to apprehend the other party, Mike continued to shout, "Odin! Quick, take him down! He's about to run!"

Odin's movements froze for a moment.

You bastard, shut your mouth!

I was already planning to take him down. Now that you've shouted like that, if I make a move right now, wouldn't it look as if I'm only acting because I'm following your orders?

Odin huffed in irritation, halted his actions, and simply stood where he was.

You go and get him yourself!

But unexpectedly, when Mike saw his inaction, he actually shouted once more, "Odin, don't get muddled at a time like this!"

Odin: "..."

You bastard, will you ever stop?

"Haha!"

Mike let out a laugh, his body levitated, and he shot off in pursuit of Ebony Maw.

At this moment, Ebony Maw had only a single thought.

Flee!

Flee at the fastest possible speed!

Regardless of whether it was Mike Kent or Odin, he was no match for either of them. In fact, even calling himself their "opponent" was just him flattering himself.

Damn it!

What was going on this time?

And what was the deal with that Magneto and Hela? How did they go from fighting one another to suddenly embracing?

And then there was Mike Kent and Odin. Why did they look just like old acquaintances?

Ebony Maw's mind was filled with a pile of question marks.

But the one thing he could be certain of was this: if he was caught, and if those two found out about his plan, there would be only one path for him—death!

Ebony Maw flew into the distance at his absolute fastest speed.

He was now only hoping to put as much distance as possible between them, find a place to hide, seize the opportunity to summon reinforcements, and then get off this cursed planet.

He couldn't resist glancing back. There was no one in sight.

He breathed a sigh of relief.

But in the very next second, he saw a figure inexplicably appear right in front of him.

"Were you looking for me?" Mike said with a faint smile. "Ebony Maw."

He knows who I am? He knows me!

Ebony Maw screamed internally. His eyes darkened, and he launched an attack at Mike without a moment's hesitation.

Ice and snow condensed, sweeping toward Mike like sharp blades. The earth beneath his feet trembled lightly as an earthen pillar laced with ice slag surged up from below, rushing at Mike. Simultaneously, Ebony Maw extended a hand, and a rock several meters high trembled slightly, shedding countless bits of stone dust as it instantly reshaped into a stone spike and flew toward Mike.

Mike stood quietly in place, allowing all those things to strike his body. After watching them crumble into fine powder, he lightly blew the dust from his chest.

"Is that all?"

Mike said, sounding somewhat disappointed.

As a magic-user, while instant-cast spells are certainly cool, their power is just pitifully weak.

Doesn't he know that the longer the incantation, the greater the spell's power?

Using a spell of this power level against him... who was he looking down on?

In a flash, Mike vanished from his spot. The very instant Ebony Maw had the mere thought of defending himself, Mike had already reappeared at his side. He grabbed him by the neck and flew back toward Odin, dragging Ebony Maw along.

Thud!

Mike threw Ebony Maw to the ground. Maw's mouth gaped open as he struggled desperately to breathe.

A moment ago, he genuinely thought Mike was going to crush his neck and kill him outright.

"He's Ebony Maw, one of Thanos's subordinates," Mike stated flatly to Odin.

Odin nodded, looked down at Ebony Maw, and said, "In that case, let me now see just what scheme he was trying to pull!"

As he spoke, Odin reached out and placed his hand on Ebony Maw's head.

Ebony Maw's eyes dimmed slightly.

After a few seconds, Odin released Ebony Maw and said to Mike, "This whole incident, it was his doing."

"He wanted to use the Ravagers to set a trap here and ambush Eric. If they managed to capture Eric, they would then use him as leverage to threaten you, demanding the Infinity Stones you possess."

"And if those Ravagers failed to capture Eric, the battle here would still attract Hela's attention, thereby provoking a fight between her and Eric. If Hela were to kill Eric, he would then use that event to incite a war between Kent Star and Asgard, reaping the benefits from the chaos."

After hearing Odin's explanation, Mike fell silent for a moment. He looked at Ebony Maw and asked, "Was it Thanos who sent you? Where is he right now?"

Ebony Maw quickly tried to say, "I don't..."

Mike seized Ebony Maw by the neck again, and a card appeared in his other hand.

"I'm not wasting any more time."

Murmuring softly to himself, the card at Mike's fingertips dissolved into motes of light and vanished.

Name: Memory Edit.

He plunged one hand into Ebony Maw's head. With a sharp pull, Ebony Maw's memories were ripped out, looking just like a spool of cassette tape.

Mike rapidly scanned through them, searching for the information he needed.

A moment later, Mike's hand relaxed. The memory tape snapped back into Ebony Maw's head, and only then did Mike release his grip.

Ebony Maw's body went limp, and he collapsed onto the ground.

After enduring Odin's memory search followed by Mike's memory-editing ability, he was now in a completely catatonic state.

Odin looked down at Ebony Maw, his gaze cold and indifferent. He raised Gungnir, and a beam of light shot forth.

Ebony Maw's head was instantly vaporized.

Mike looked over at Odin and asked, "Care to take a trip together?"

Thanos... he still hasn't given up on his obsession with the Infinity Stones. If he wasn't dealt with, there was no telling what kind of trouble he would stir up next.

Odin said flatly, "Then let's take a trip together."

He paused, then added, "We're really doing him an honor."

Thanos, despite being known as the Mad Titan, and a terrifying presence in the universe, was still somewhat lacking when faced with the two of them.

Odin gently tapped the butt of Gungnir on the ground. A pillar of light appeared, enveloping both him and Mike, and they vanished.

When the two of them reappeared, they were already in the darkness of deep space.

They knew Thanos's general location from Ebony Maw.

Thanos's mothership was in a constant state of motion. They could only transport to the location where Ebony Maw had left the ship.

As it appeared now, Thanos's ship was indeed no longer here.

The two looked at each other, then began to search for any trace of Thanos's mothership.

Luckily, Thanos had no plans to destroy any planets recently, so the ship was merely wandering in the vicinity.

Soon, amidst a cluster of asteroids, they spotted the enormous, black spacecraft.

Thanos's mothership, Sanctuary.

The two of them flew toward the ship together. As they approached, Mike's eyes flashed. Two beams of searing light tore a breach in the ship's hull, and the two flew inside.

Air began to vent violently into the vacuum of space. The moment they flew in, they were discovered.

"You... Intruder alert!"

Amid the screams, a piercing alarm began to blare.

Ignoring the grating alarms and the enemies charging toward them, Mike's gaze penetrated through the ship's multiple decks, directly finding Thanos's location.

And just as he looked at Thanos, Thanos, as if sensing him, met Mike's gaze.

Thanos's expression changed. Mike, however, just said flatly, "Found him."

As his voice fell, Mike's eyes lit up, and Odin also raised Gungnir in his hand.

In the next second, pulsing red heat vision and Odin's energy beam shot out in a straight line, heading directly for Thanos.

Searing heat and raw destruction. The two distinct, yet immensely powerful beams of light, madly destroyed everything in their path. They blasted a massive hole through layer after layer of decking, incinerating all enemies in their way, and slammed into Thanos with undiminished power.

Thanos hurriedly raised both hands in front of him, but he was still sent flying by the two continuous, terrifying energy blasts.

Boom!

Thanos crashed through the metal wall behind him, his arms trembling slightly. He stared with a sinister gaze at the large hole in the distance, his eyes meeting Mike's and Odin's. He couldn't help but curse inwardly.

What is going on?

Why have these two come looking for him?

Damn it!

A series of question marks flashed through his mind. He watched as the two slowly levitated, flying toward him. He cursed internally once more, then roared at Corvus Glaive, who was standing to the side, stunned: "Stop them!"

"Yes!"

Corvus Glaive and his wife, Proxima Midnight, exchanged a look and immediately sprang into action.

Chitauri and Outriders swarmed out, charging toward Mike and Odin like a dense, living carpet.

But the two didn't even spare these howling soldiers a glance. Their bodies flew forward, heading directly for Thanos's position.

Wherever they passed, the carpet formed by Thanos's soldiers looked as if it had been cleanly sliced open by two knives.

They were unstoppable.

Corvus Glaive's eyes narrowed, his heart filled with dread.

For the sake of his master, he still brandished his glaive, preparing himself for battle.

As long as Lord Thanos was behind him, he was invinci...

Where did the Lord go?

Corvus Glaive stared, dumbfounded, at the spot behind him where Thanos had vanished at some unknown point.

But seeing Mike and Odin already flying right in front of them, he and his wife still raised their weapons and charged.

"Hooo!"

Mike exhaled a stream of frigid breath at Corvus Glaive, while Odin, even more direct, simply pierced Proxima Midnight's heart with Gungnir.

The two didn't pause for even a moment, continuing their pursuit of Thanos.

"Roar!"

With a furious roar, a large brute wielding an axe, leading more Outriders and Chitauri soldiers, swarmed out from all around.

A trace of impatience flashed in Odin's eyes. Gungnir shone brightly, and beams of energy shot out like a rain curtain at the surrounding enemies. Mike, on the other hand, waved his hand, throwing out a stack of cards. As the cards vanished into motes of light, a tsunami of fire raged out in all directions, drowning the enemies.

"He's trying to escape on another ship," Mike said flatly, having seen Thanos's movements.

"Ridiculous!" Odin stated coolly.

If they actually let Thanos escape, they would truly become a joke.

His eyes flashing, Odin raised Gungnir. He leaned back slightly, channeling terrifying power into the spear.

In the next second, Gungnir was thrown.

Swoosh!

Like a streak of starlight flashing across the void, Gungnir destroyed everything in its path, flying straight for Thanos.

Thanos was alarmed. He hurriedly raised his hands to catch the incoming streak of light. At the same time, surging cosmic energy poured from his palms, clashing violently with the Odinforce on Gungnir.

"Argh!"

Thanos roared, but Gungnir continued to press forward, getting closer and closer to his chest.

Pfft!

With a soft sound, a wound appeared on Thanos's chest, and blood instantly gushed out.

Fortunately, he had finally managed to stop Gungnir.

He gripped the spear, looking at the approaching Mike and Odin, his face as dark as water.

Odin made a grasping gesture in the air, and Gungnir began to tremble violently in Thanos's hands.

"Hmph!"

Thanos snorted angrily. He glared at the two of them, tightening his grip on Gungnir.

Seeing this, Odin sneered. He yanked his hand back, and Gungnir began to pull Thanos toward him.

Thanos hurriedly released his grip on the spear.

Odin caught Gungnir and stated calmly, "You overestimate yourself."

Thanos touched his chest. Although the wound was already healing, he looked at the blood staining his palm, his eyes filled with rage.

"What do you want? Why did you attack me!"

"Why?" Mike raised an eyebrow. "Don't tell me you didn't know what Ebony Maw was doing."

"Ebony Maw?"

Thanos's heart sank. He cursed inwardly, then asked with a look of confusion, "What did he do?"

Looking at Thanos's expression, Odin said, "Whether you knew or not, we don't intend to pursue it. Because to us, it isn't important."

Thanos's eyes darkened. He attacked without hesitation.

There was no longer any need to talk. These two had come with the specific purpose of killing him.

He charged forward like a tank, firing an energy blast at Odin while simultaneously rushing toward Mike with his fists.

Mike's eyebrow twitched.

He wants to take me out quickly?

Do I look that much weaker than Odin?

Muttering inwardly, Mike pouted at Thanos. Beside him, Odin shot Mike a smug grin.

Heh.

Mike sneered.

He clenched his fist!

Boom!

Their two fists collided, creating a massive roar.

The shockwave sent a violent gust of wind sweeping in all directions.

At the same time, Odin blocked Thanos's energy attack with a shield.

As motes of energy scattered, Thanos was knocked back by Mike. His strength was inferior to Mike's.

In the next second, Thanos roared and charged at Mike once again.

He understood that he could no longer escape. At a time like this, only by fighting with all his strength did he have a sliver of a chance at survival.

But Mike immediately extinguished that tiny sliver of hope with his completely overwhelming power.

Thanos's fists, creating friction in the air, were like exploding stars. Every single punch carried terrifying energy as it blasted toward Mike.

But every single punch was caught by Mike. There was only the continuous spray of energy and shockwaves, which madly destroyed everything around them.

Suddenly, a fist grew larger and larger in Thanos's vision.

Bang!

With a loud crash, a fist hammered into Thanos's chin, sending his entire body flying upward.

In the next instant, Mike had already appeared beside the airborne Thanos.

In a flash, his fists moved like thunder, relentlessly landing on Thanos's body.

With a continuous series of impacts, the golden armor on Thanos's body shattered.

Thanos cried out in pain. Seeing Mike raise his leg, he hurriedly crossed his arms above his head.

"BOOM!"

Thanos was smashed downward like a meteor, crashing through several decks of the ship. But before he could even get up, two searing beams of light landed on his body.

"Aaaargh!"

He screamed in agony. A scorch mark appeared on Thanos's chest and began to rapidly expand.

Thanos struggled, attempting to stand, but Mike instantly increased the output of his heat vision.

Instantly, he was slammed back down to the ground.
