For Gwen, who had been frozen into a block of ice, the flames flickering within her eye sockets suddenly surged. The fire on her body immediately began to burn fiercely, and in just the blink of an eye, it melted the ice that encased her.

But just as she broke free from the solid ice, a massive tail slapped viciously toward her.

Gwen let out a surprised cry and was swatted away by the beast's long tail.

Splash! Splash! Splash!

Like a flat stone skipping on water, Gwen bounced and tumbled across the surface, flying towards the depths of the sea.

"Hiss!"

The giant beast shook its head triumphantly and continued to charge toward the shore.

Boom!

Like a cannonball, after flying over two hundred meters, Gwen slammed hard into the seawater, kicking up a massive spray of white water.

Gwen shook her head in the seawater, looked at the giant beast that had already charged onto the shore, and let out an angry cry.

In the next second, blue flames shot out like jets from her hands and feet, propelling her from the sea and launching her toward the giant beast.

Zzz!

A blue line streaked across the sea's surface, looking as if it had split the entire ocean in two, as it crashed violently toward the giant beast.

The giant beast's tail swung, whipping up a fierce wind as it swept toward Gwen.

Gwen dodged, or more accurately, just as the tail swept towards her, she wrapped both hands around it.

"Ahhh!"

Gwen roared wildly as blue flames surged from her hands, enveloping the giant crocodile beast at an extremely fast speed.

The giant crocodile beast roared in pain, desperately trying to channel the frost energy within its body to extinguish Gwen's flames.

For a moment, the giant beast's body became a battlefield of ice and fire, causing it immense pain. It seemed to lose its sanity, crashing about wildly on the shore.

Just at this moment, a familiar figure appeared at the edge of the battlefield, shouting loudly at her.

It was strange. In the midst of such a battle, the other person's voice should have been almost inaudible, but Gwen heard it clearly.

Turning her head, she saw it was Peter.

He was holding a chain in his hand, yelling from where he stood, hoping Gwen would notice him.

"That idiot."

Gwen cursed under her breath but leaped off the giant crocodile beast and ran quickly toward Peter.

Meanwhile, the frenzied giant crocodile beast charged toward the tourists on the beach.

Gwen snatched the chain and said angrily, "Are you crazy?!"

"I just wanted to bring you a weapon," Peter said in a small voice, offering an awkward smile.

Gwen looked at Peter helplessly and said, "Hurry up and leave!"

With those words, she turned to face the giant crocodile beast. Grabbing the chain, which ignited in flames, she charged forward once again.

Blue flames spread rapidly from Gwen's hands to the entire chain. As Gwen swung her arm, the chain seemed to be injected with life, extending continuously as it wrapped around the distant beast.

One loop, two loops...

The enchanted chain coiled around the giant beast. Just as the beast opened its mouth to bite a group of tourists, Gwen gave a low shout and, planting her feet, pulled hard.

"Twang!"

With a crisp sound, the chain instantly snapped taut. The giant beast's roaring maw finally stopped just in front of several tourists.

The stench was overwhelming; the tourists could even see bits of flesh hanging from its teeth.

A bone-chilling cold welled up from the depths of their hearts.

Their legs went weak, and they felt as if their very souls were trembling, slowly drifting out of their bodies.

"Go! Quick!"

Gwen shouted at them, her legs already sinking into the sand from the strain.

The tourists snapped back to their senses and stumbled away, running into the distance.

Gwen breathed a sigh of relief. With a low grunt, the flames on her body flared up. She grabbed the chain, leaped into the air, and began to circle the beast rapidly, binding it completely.

When Gwen landed, she yanked hard on the chain in her hands. The giant beast's mountain-like body, under countless shocked gazes, crashed heavily to the ground.

The giant beast struggled violently. A large amount of frost energy erupted from its body, colliding fiercely with the blue flames covering it.

"Goodbye, you poor big guy."

Gwen murmured softly. Blue hellfire ignited on the chain, instantly engulfing the entire beast.

The giant beast wailed in agony, but the terrifying hellfire wouldn't let it suffer for long.

Soon, its howls weakened.

At that moment, a figure descended from the sky and appeared beside Gwen.

"Dad!"

Seeing Mike dressed in casual clothes, Gwen called out. With a thought, the chain instantly returned to its original length. She gave it a light flick, draping it over her shoulder.

She looked at the beast's corpse, which was rapidly turning to ash in the flames, and asked in a low voice, "Dad, what's going on? Where did this thing come from?"

Mike pointed upwards. "An orbital biological laboratory belonging to a company called the Life Foundation had an accident. Three experimental reagents containing chemical agents fell."

"Three animals absorbed the reagents and then mutated. As their bodies grew at an extremely rapid rate, the agents also gave them special abilities."

Gwen nodded, then exclaimed in surprise, "Three! There are two other monsters?"

"Relax." Mike patted Gwen's flaming head. "Before the monster here appeared, the other two were already taken care of by the Avengers and the Fantastic Four."

"Otherwise, where do you think I got this information?"

"That's good." Gwen let out a sigh of relief.

It was good that they were resolved.

"You did well."

Mike praised Gwen.

He had rushed over after learning a giant beast had appeared in Hawaii, worried about Gwen. He hadn't expected her to act so quickly and take care of the beast so efficiently.

Gwen smiled happily. The flames on her body quickly vanished, and she returned to her normal appearance.

"Let's go. Time to go home."

"But we just got here."

Gwen said, somewhat reluctantly, and muttered, "Besides, isn't the problem here already solved? We haven't even had fun yet."

"Dad, I promise I won't go anywhere dangerous."

Gwen quickly raised her hand to swear.

Mike flicked Gwen's forehead. "Then you all be careful. I'm heading back first."

Mike said with a smile, glanced at the giant beast that was almost completely burned away, and disappeared from in front of Gwen.

"Take care, Dad!"

Gwen shouted happily. Seeing her friends running towards her, she smiled and went to meet them.

High in the sky, Mike watched Gwen and her friends, silently following them.

Although he knew that with Gwen's strength, she wouldn't encounter any real danger, he still followed them for a long time. It wasn't until he confirmed that Gwen had reached the next tourist spot to play, and Raven called him to tell him that T'Challa and Ororo had come to their house, that he finally opened a portal and stepped through.

The swirling golden portal vanished under Mike's control.

"Where's Ororo?"

Mike didn't see any guests and asked Raven.

"They just left. They still have others to invite."

Raven said, handing Mike their wedding invitation.

Mike glanced at the wedding date and set it aside.

"Is Gwen okay?"

"Yes, she handled that giant beast very cleanly."

Raven looked at Mike. Noticing the faint look of loss on his face, she thought for a moment and understood the reason.

She gently hugged Mike and said softly, "Gwen is growing up. This is a good thing."

Mike nodded, lowered his head to kiss Raven's forehead, and smiled. "I just have that little bit of a 'kids don't need me anymore' sense of loss. Of course, I'm happy about their growth."

His gaze shifted down, landing on Raven's bulging belly, and a smile unconsciously appeared on his face.

Soon, he would have a little one clinging to him.

However, Ororo's wedding did serve as a reminder.

Before the baby was born, he also needed to plan things for himself and Raven.

...

More than ten days passed in the blink of an eye.

Because T'Challa's coronation ceremony and wedding would be held on the same day, Mike's family had to prepare in advance and travel to Wakanda a day early.

And before going to Wakanda, they would first go to Kentar to rendezvous with the X-Men.

"Gwen, are you all ready? We need to leave."

Mike stood downstairs, shouting up.

"Coming right away!"

Gwen replied. In the bathroom, she pressed her lips together after applying lipstick, turned her head to Raven, and asked, "How does it look?"

Raven placed her hands on Gwen's head, turning it left and right, and nodded in satisfaction. "Even more beautiful."

Gwen breathed a sigh of relief and whispered, "Aunt Raven, do you think Dad will scold me when he sees me wearing makeup?"

"Why would he scold you? It's about time you learned."

Raven smiled, opened the door, and walked out. She turned her head to Gwen and said, "You will definitely stun him."

"Yeah!"

Gwen agreed and walked downstairs with Raven. When she noticed her father's gaze fall on her, he clearly froze for a moment. Her heart pounded in her chest, and it wasn't until Mike smiled and praised her, "My Gwen has grown up, and she's getting more and more beautiful," that her anxious heart finally settled.

In the next second, the father and daughter turned in unison to look at Raven, who was walking down the stairs. They each extended a hand, making an inviting gesture.

Raven smiled, placing her hands on theirs, and nodded at them, murmuring, "This is quite a difficult choice."

She looked from side to side, then let go of Mike's hand and chose Gwen.

Mike clutched his chest, looking at Raven with a pained expression, as if his heart was broken.

"Hahaha!"

"Giggle!"

Raven and Gwen laughed happily, and then both of them took Mike's hand.

Mike smiled at them and said, "Let's go."

As he spoke, a card dropped from Mike's fingertips and disappeared. Then, a portal appeared in front of the three of them.

Stepping through, the three arrived on Kentar, appearing at their home on the planet.

Although it wasn't finished yet, more than half of it had been completed in a short time, and it was already habitable. Erik and Charles usually lived here.

"So beautiful!"

Gwen praised, looking at the palace before them.

This would be their future home. Just thinking about it made her heart fill with joy.

But...

"Where are they waiting for us?"

Gwen looked at the palace before them, bewildered.

It was too big; she couldn't find her way at all.

Just as Mike was about to activate his super-vision, Charles's voice suddenly appeared in their minds.

"Walk straight ahead now."

Following Charles's directions, the group walked into the palace. After walking for quite a long time, just as Gwen was about to get dizzy, they finally saw Charles and the others.

At this time, Clark and Hope, Charles and Jean, Erik and Hela, as well as the old acquaintances from the X-Mansion, were all here.

"Long time no see, Logan!"

Mike greeted with a smile, gave Logan a hug, and nodded to Emma beside him. "Emma, hmm?"

He seemed to sense something. He looked at Emma's stomach and was just about to offer congratulations when Emma's eyes lit up. She used her ability to speak in Mike's mind: "Logan doesn't know yet. I want to give him a surprise."

Mike nodded and then greeted the others.

"Remy, Scott!"

Mike went around greeting his old friends he hadn't seen in a long time, then nodded to Shadowcat and the others as a greeting.

The Kent family, and over a dozen X-Men...

Anyone who didn't know better would think they were going to fight a war capable of destroying a planet.

"Let's set off."

Mike said to the group. The party left the palace, arrived at the small square in front, and boarded the ship provided by Wakanda, flying toward Wakanda.

...

Wakanda is located in East Africa. It has always been isolated from the world. On the surface, it is a poor and backward agricultural country, but in reality, it is the most technologically advanced country on Earth, possessing the unique and rare resource, Vibranium.

Its capital and largest city is Birnin Zana.

And Mike and the others' destination was Birnin Zana.

Flying over this sweltering land, the group entered Wakanda. Looking at the scenery below, everyone let out sounds of amazement.

This was completely different from their impression of Africa.

Orderly, advanced.

The ship gradually landed in front of the Wakandan royal palace. After the ship touched down, T'Challa and Ororo, who had already been notified, came to welcome them.

The Kent family. This was a family that the entire world had to take seriously. Even though T'Challa was the king-to-be, he had to come and welcome them personally.

Mike and Raven walked off the ship first, followed by the rest of the Kent family, with the X-Men behind them.

The group walked on the expensive carpet toward T'Challa and Ororo, while T'Challa and Ororo also moved to walk toward them.

Wakanda's unique, all-female Royal Guard, holding long spears, lined both sides, drawing frequent curious glances from the group.

"Uh, he's a king. Do we need to bow?"

Shadowcat, Pyro, Iceman, and Colossus whispered at the very back.

Remy LeBeau heard them and nodded at them seriously.

Both sides stopped in the middle of the carpet.

T'Challa smiled. "Welcome to Wakanda!"

Mike nodded. "We are honored to receive your invitation."

Watching the two of them talk, the four young X-Men at the back hurriedly bowed to T'Challa.

T'Challa was startled for a moment, but Ororo couldn't help but chuckle. She said to the four, "There's no need to bow here."

The four of them blushed.

Remy LeBeau's expression was indifferent. He sighed at them, wearing a look that said 'you are hopelessly stupid.'

The four glared at Remy LeBeau, but seeing that T'Challa and Mike were already leading the group toward the nearby royal palace, they quickly sped up to follow.
