A few minutes ago, Gwen, who had been acting as the driver for the entire day, rubbed her sore shoulders as she walked toward her room.

She hummed softly, her mood incredibly bright.

A strange new place, an unfamiliar journey—for someone with her insatiable curiosity, this was simply the best possible reward after a semester of hard work.

The RV had been provided by Harry, so naturally, there was no need to worry about space or amenities. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom—it had everything one could need.

Gwen arrived at her room.

It was small, containing only a narrow bed and a small folding table. But for an RV, these conditions were already quite luxurious.

Humming an unknown tune, Gwen opened her suitcase.

"Time to wash my face, then go get something to eat."

Gwen muttered to herself, "Being away from home without Dad is really inconvenient."

Her father could cook, he could drive, and if she forgot something, he could just open a portal...

He was simply...

"The perfect tool-man, hehe!"

Gwen couldn't help but chuckle aloud.

"I'm going to tell Dad!"

Suddenly, a familiar voice rang out.

Gwen froze, looking around with a guilty conscience.

No way, she thought. Did I just hallucinate because I made a slightly inappropriate metaphor?

"Dad, I'm sorry! I meant to say you are omnipotent!" Gwen mumbled fast.

"Too late! I'm definitely telling Dad!"

That familiar voice rang out again.

Gwen looked around in confusion, pricking up her ears.

"Why does that sound like Little Lamb?"

"That's right, it's me!"

Little Lamb's voice sounded once more.

Gwen hurriedly looked down toward the source of the sound.

Inside her suitcase, she saw a tiny person, only a few centimeters tall. He was standing with his hands on his hips, looking up at her with a face full of pride and arrogance.

Gwen's eyes widened.

This is Little Lamb?

Gwen was stunned for a moment, and then—

"Ahhh!"

She screamed.

Following Gwen's scream, Peter was the first to rush out of his room and arrive at her door. Luke and the others followed close behind, hurrying to the entrance of Gwen's room.

The four of them looked into the room nervously.

"What happened?" Peter looked at Gwen anxiously.

Gwen gritted her teeth and pointed at the suitcase. "A stowaway followed us."

"A stowaway?"

The group looked confused.

"You're the stowaway!"

A tender, childish voice rang out, causing Peter and the others to widen their eyes.

Where is that voice coming from?

Just as they were puzzled, Gwen reached into the suitcase and pinched Little Lamb, pulling him directly out.

"Let go of me! Let go!"

Little Lamb struggled frantically.

Peter and the others stared at the pocket-sized person, gasping in shock.

Holy cow, they thought. Is that Little Lamb? He shrank himself, burrowed into Gwen's suitcase, and secretly tagged along?

That's too exaggerated. What kind of ability is that?

Oh, right, he's a Kent...

Never mind then. Whatever ability he has, it's normal.

In just a split second, several thoughts raced through their minds.

Amidst his shouting, Little Lamb instantly reverted to his original size. He looked at Gwen with puffed-up cheeks, grinning as he threatened, "If you send me back, or ask Dad to come get me, I'll tell Dad exactly what you just said about him."

"Ha, are you threatening me?"

"Yeah, I'm threatening you. What are you going to do about it?"

"Wow, you are way too rampant!" Gwen glared at Little Lamb.

Little Lamb sniffled, put his hands on his hips, raised his head, and flashed a pure, innocent smile at Gwen.

Gwen sneered, "Do you think I'm actually scared?"

Little Lamb thought for a moment, his eyes darting around. Suddenly, he hugged Gwen's thigh, looking pitiful.

"Sister! Just let me go with you. I won't cause trouble."

Watching this scene, Peter and the other three were left speechless.

Good grief, they thought. Is he a master of changing faces?

Gwen pinched Little Lamb's cheek and said with a fake smile, "Come on, tell your sister. What's the deal with that ability just now? When did it appear?"

"This morning, when I was thinking about drilling into your suitcase to hide," Little Lamb said with a grin.

Gwen was startled. She let go of his face and asked in shock, "Just when you thought about it?"

"Yeah!" Little Lamb looked completely nonchalant.

Gwen stared at him silently for a long time before squeezing out one word.

"Monster!"

Little Lamb's eyes lit up. "Sister, does that mean you agree?"

"I..."

"I knew you were a good person!"

"Don't you dare give me the 'nice guy' card!"

Gwen glared at Little Lamb, then looked at the others. "Do you guys think we can bring him along?"

Little Lamb looked at Peter and the others with puppy-dog eyes. "Brother, Sister..."

"Sure, I'm okay with it!"

"It's fine."

They all voiced their agreement.

Little Lamb winked triumphantly at Gwen. "Who can refuse the cute Little Lamb?"

The corner of Gwen's mouth twitched violently. "Do you believe that I can make you experience the cruelty of society right now?"

"No!"

"No? Then why aren't you calling Dad?"

"Um, Sister, can you speak for me?" Little Lamb looked a little guilty.

Gwen took out her phone, dialed Mike's number, and shoved it into Little Lamb's hand.

Little Lamb's eyes went wide as he looked at Gwen in disbelief.

Gwen crossed her arms and sneered, "You caused this mess, you solve it."

Little Lamb was about to speak, but seeing the call connect, he hurriedly leaned his ear close.

But in the next second, the words coming out of Little Lamb's mouth sounded exactly like Gwen's voice.

"Dad, it's Gwen. I have something to tell you."

"Right, Little Lamb is here with me. I'm taking him along on the trip."

"Mhm, mhm, don't worry! I'll keep an eye on him! He's very obedient and has helped out a lot on the way!"

"Okay, I got it!"

With that, under Gwen's speechless gaze, Little Lamb hung up the phone.

Peter and the others twitched their lips, giving Little Lamb a thumbs-up.

Wow, they thought. That operation was smooth.

Little Lamb gave a shy smile, shoved the phone back to Gwen, and said, "Let's go eat. I'm hungry."

The next day was supposed to be a peaceful one, but it was shattered by the sudden appearance of an island.

Following the emergence of this island, an event that shocked the world suddenly occurred.

A figure abruptly appeared on every network, television station, and mobile phone screen.

The man was smiling, looking very gentle, yet the occasional cold glint flashing in his eyes sent a chill down people's spines.

"Greetings, everyone. My name is Maximus. Of course, you may also call me the Inhuman King."

Inhuman King?

What does that mean?

King of the Inhumans? Since when did Inhumans have a king?

What does he want to do?

Everyone watching the screen was filled with confusion, question marks popping up in their minds. However, a portion of the population with keener instincts began to feel nervous.

"You surely have all kinds of questions, but those questions are not important!"

"Be grateful to me! Because I am about to change this world!"

Following these villain-esque declarations, Maximus revealed a smile and spoke slowly, "I come from Attilan, a city that has existed on Earth for a long time, unknown to anyone."

"This is an Inhuman city. It is a nation of Inhumans."

Pausing for a moment, the smile on Maximus's face became even more brilliant.

"Do not doubt me. The reason you haven't discovered it for so many years is that the technology here is far more advanced than that of human cities."

Hearing this sentence, people unconsciously thought of Wakanda.

"Now, please listen carefully to what I say next. This is very important to you."

At this point, the smile vanished from Maximus's face, and his tone became solemn.

"Regarding the continuous awakening of Inhumans on Earth, Attilan takes this matter very seriously."

"From now on, we will take charge of matters related to Inhumans and assist every Inhuman in need."

"Attilan is the nation of Inhumans. We welcome the arrival of every Inhuman. Attilan will become your shield."

"Here, I also warn those people, organizations, and countries that harm Inhumans! Doing so will be seen as making an enemy of Attilan, and you will suffer Attilan's attacks!"

Hearing this, everyone's hearts tightened, and they couldn't help but take it seriously.

A nation comprised of Inhumans with technology far surpassing human countries—if they were to retaliate, how terrifying would that be?

Just then, a smile suddenly resurfaced on Maximus's face. "Of course, the appearance of Attilan is not for war, but for protection. Therefore, as long as a country holds goodwill toward Attilan, Attilan will also become a most reliable friend."

"Attilan has already appeared on the sea."

As he spoke, Maximus revealed Attilan's current coordinates.

"Finally, welcome to all Inhumans. Attilan is your home."

With that, the image disappeared, and all devices returned to normal.

But the world itself had become abnormal.

People discussed it intensely—some with worry, some with excitement, and some acting as if it didn't concern them.

But the vast majority of Inhumans cheered for this.

Attilan!

After awakening as Inhumans, they had worried, hidden, lived in fear, and envied the mutants who had their own homeland.

But now, they finally had a home of their own.

Attilan!

They roared in their hearts, feeling as though they had finally found their organization, their backer.

They no longer had to live in fear.

Because of Attilan!

Meanwhile, Daisy and her two companions, who had already arrived near the Avengers Tower, looked grim after seeing the news.

Maximus, the Inhuman King.

When Maximus said those words, they understood what had happened in Attilan.

Clearly, Attilan had fallen into Maximus's hands.

But what confused them was Maximus's current actions.

Crystal asked in confusion, "Could it be that we misunderstood him? Did he usurp the throne and control Attilan just to protect more Inhumans? Just like you hoped, Daisy?"

Daisy gave a bitter smile. "If that were the case, even if he controlled it, I would go back to help him. But... I'm afraid what he wants is more than just that."

Pausing for a moment, Daisy murmured, "I suspect the reason he's doing this is simply to eliminate the world's hostility toward him as much as possible, allowing him to gather more Inhumans faster and more safely, accumulating more power."

"After all, there are still many powerful forces in this world that can pose a threat to him."

Bacon nodded. "The Avengers, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men..."

Crystal silently memorized these names, looking at the Avengers Tower not far away, actually feeling a bit of anticipation.

"Even the Kent family," Daisy added. "So, before clearing these threats, he will hide his true purpose until he has enough power to help him achieve his goal."

Hearing this, Crystal mused, "That is indeed possible."

She clenched her fist tightly. "But no matter what he wants to do, he is a usurper, and he has controlled my sister!"

Crystal spoke coldly and strode toward the Avengers Tower.

Daisy and Bacon exchanged a glance. Just as they were about to chase after her, they suddenly saw Crystal stumble, nearly falling to the ground.

"What's wrong?"

Daisy cried out in alarm, running two steps forward to support Crystal. She suddenly realized that Crystal's breathing had become very rapid, and her body temperature was frighteningly high.

"Are you sick?"

"No, I'm fine!"

Crystal forced a smile, looking utterly exhausted.

"How can you be fine? You're hot enough to fry an egg."

Daisy retorted, but then she abruptly noticed small, blood-red spots appearing on Crystal's body.

Her pupils constricted. "What is this? When did this appear?"

"I don't know. I don't know what's happening either." Crystal took a deep breath, looked at the Avengers Tower, and said, "Let's go. We can't delay."

Saying that, she broke free from Daisy's hand and walked quickly toward the tower.

Daisy and Bacon hurriedly followed.

Although the Avengers Tower was easy to find, not everyone who came to it could see the Avengers.

After all, the Avengers had quite a few fans. If anyone could just walk up and see them, the Avengers wouldn't get any actual work done.

But Daisy and her group obviously had their own methods.

Using her abilities to cause some commotion at the Avengers Tower, two resident Avengers appeared before them.

The Winter Soldier and Falcon.

Just as the two heroes prepared for battle, Daisy and her companions stood in place and raised their hands.

"We came here to ask for help!"

Daisy shouted urgently.

"?"

The two heroes paused.

"That's not exactly the attitude of someone asking for help," Bucky said coldly.

Daisy squeezed out a smile. "It was the fastest way to see you."

Bacon nodded frantically from the side.

Falcon and the Winter Soldier looked at each other. "Let's hear it. What is it?"

Judging by the power the other side had just displayed, if they truly needed help, the trouble wouldn't be small.

Daisy lowered her voice. "It's about Attilan. About Inhumans."

Hearing this, Bucky and Sam were startled.

"I'll go gather the others."

"I'll watch them."

After whispering to each other, they moved quickly.

Seeing this, Daisy let out a sigh of relief and looked worriedly at the heavy-breathing Crystal.

Crystal forced a smile.

"I'm fi—"

Before she could finish, Crystal's eyes rolled back, and she collapsed toward the ground.

"Crystal!"

Daisy screamed, but Bucky, who was standing nearby, caught Crystal in time.

He glanced at the unconscious Crystal and said, "Looks like this young lady needs help even more."
