Lucien didn't volunteer to help Tsukino because he felt no modicum of pity for her. He let her be beaten up by the Treant, while he watched with an alexithymic glare. Now, that she was on the ground, he wasn't going to let such a chance to test his Entropy on someone with the birthmark go.
Crouching to the ground, Lucien's gaze turns over to the fist sized hole on her shoulder. Pretty was the furthest thing from it... blood flowed from her veins, making a little pond on the ground.
That being said, Lucien's apathistical eyes ignored the wound, moving to Tsukino's fair face. Although above beautiful, Lucy felt zero affection for her.
