Surprisingly enough, Sakura found tears coming from her eyes. She never shed a tear before, but looking at Lucy's face which was barely holding on to life and his heart in front of her face made the katsuragi feel convoluting emotions.
As he said before, Lucien did nothing wrong, yet life had tormented him to its greatest heights.

She still had a grudge against her older sister, but it was a rivalry with love and affection. They both got married to loving husband. Lucien was born two years after, and would call Sakura, 'aunt' with the brightest smile ever; a loving nephew and a great big brother to her own child.
However, this is a fantasy! It is never going to happen, it's already too late to change anything!
