Shoji eagerly waited for Lucien to finish his words, and help him see his faults: however, the red-haired man seemed absorbed in watching the trinity butterfly on his finger - the creature was so mesmerizing.
Seeing Lucy caught up in his reverie, Shoji asked, "Lucy-senpai, how do we find the kingdom you're talking about?"
Lucien turned to look at him with the corner of an eye and sighed. He wasn't talking about a kingdom made out of wooden pagodas, or any man-made buildings.
"I thought I told you that the Lord of Lords once said that if those who lead you say to you, 'See, the kingdom is in the sky,' then the birds of the sky will precede you. If they say to you, 'It is in the sea,' then the fish will precede you. Rather, the kingdom is inside of you, and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourself, then you will become known. But if you do not know yourself, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty."
