The sawyer and cumminis families meet each other in the private dinning room and waiting for simon and raya.
Raya is waiting for nova at restaurant entrance. Nova arrived. Raya welcomed her with a big hug. Raya rushed through the restaurant entrance, nova by her side.
Suddenly she collided with tall and handsome young man. Simon apologized, steadying himself. Raya eyes are widened recognizing him from the pictures, nova sent .
She mumbled,''Simon!'' in shock.
Nova smiled , observing the encounter.
Simon turned to nova, his tone is slightly sharp ''Nova, I already refused your interview request. What are you doing here?''
Nova tried to explain but he cut off her words and left.
Raya's eyes narrowed, put off by simon's abruptness.
Simon stepped out of the restaurant, still processing the unexpected collision with them. He spotted ben waiting outside.
Ben approached, concern etched on his face, ''Sir! Is everything okay? You look a bit shaken.''
Simon took a deep breath, ''I'm fine, ben. Just a minor accident.
What's the update on the mysterious designer [cool cat] ?
Ben consulted his phone and said, Sir I contacted their PA. Unfortunately they are taking 3 months break so no new orders or projects.
Simon face fell, his voice low, ''THREE MONTHS? THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE''.
Ben nodded sympathetically. ''I know sir. It's a set back.
Simon said, we can't go on like this , Let's meet them personally.
Ben said , Sir I already asked them to meet up but they refused.
Unbelievable! he muttered, his voice voice low and menacing. Find me cool cat's address Ben, he demanded his tone is firm. I want to know everything about them. He said it and left. Ben nodded hastily.
IN DINNING ROOM....
Raya and nova walked in to the room, her mom said, raya sweetie come meet MR AND Mrs CUMMINIS, her eyes sparkling with warmth. Raya and nova greeted them and sit on the chairs. Raya's eyes widened as she took in the elegant couple. There is something fimiliar about them but she can't place it.
Nova leaned in close, her voice barely above the whisper, ''Raya, guess what? cumminis is simon last name too.''
Raya's heart skipped a beat. Could it be they are really simon's parents? Nova's eyes locked onto hers, filled with a mix of excitement and curiosity. ''Do you think it's true?'' nova whispered.
Raya said, MAYBE...!
Simon walked into the room, raya eyes are widened in suprise. She stood up looking confuse. SIMON! she whispered. Nova quickly grabbed her hand , pulling her back down into her seat. ''Raya sit down!'' nova whispered urgently.
Simon's mom smiled warmly and welcomed simon to the room. ''Simon dear, come join us''. Raya's family smiled and greeted simon.
His mom turned to him and said, '''simon this is sawyer family, Mr and Mrs sawyer and their daughter raya and her friend nova.
simon's eyes locked onto raya's , a hint of surprise still on his face. Mrs. Cumminis continued, '' Why don't you sit next to raya, dear?'' Simon nodded, his eyes still on raya,and made his way to the empty chair beside her.
Simon leaned to her side and said ''Í'm sorry for the earlier incident, I thought you both following for interview''.
She said, IT'S OKAY!
Both families are talking about their childhood and enjoying their dinner. Nova is enjoying their conversation. After a while the families revealed that they want to tie the knot between raya and simon.
They both are shocked when they heard their words.
Simon's eyes widen in shock and he's speechless. Raya's face turns pale and she looks like she is about to faint.
They both are frozen, unsure of what to say or do next. Raya and simon saw each other's faces. The tension between them is palpable!
