The wolf lunged at the place where starlight fox was visibly confused as where the little fox went, but the Starlight Fox was faster, its small form darted around the creature with surprising agility. Kaito could see the Sapce wrap at work—the fox was able to get behind the wolf's back before the wolf knew what even happened.
Then the fox used its attacking skills cosmic strike, Its glowing form shimmered as space seemed to warp around her. She raised her paw and a beam of condensed cosmic energy shot forward. The wolf barely had time to react as the beam slammed into it, knocking it off balance.
The space distortion around the impact zone caused the wolf to stumble and slow, unable to dodge as Starlight Fox leapt forward, using her newfound advantage to strike again. The battle was quick and brutal, with the Wolf struggling against the disruption caused by Cosmic Strike. By the time it could regain its footing, the fox had already landed several follow-up attacks.
Kaito was amazed at how easily the Starlight Fox had handled the situation. Even though it was a Bronze-level monster, its abilities were far more refined than he had expected.
