The Judge, or that was her name before Almighty Father in his infinite mercy named her Raguel, observed a large fortified temple.
The Father had ordered that every fortified temple be razed to the ground, as they served more as military outposts than anything resembling a church.
She unfurled her wings as she materialized her scales once more.
Judging of the Infidels and demons was the quickest and most efficient way of clearing them out after all.
Every Angel had their preferred method of clearing them out, but for Raguel, it was using her [Final Judgment].
The [Final Judgment] was an extremely powerful apex skill, courtesy of anyone being judged being sent to either heaven or hell.
However, every instance she had used her skill, the target was sent to hell.
It saddened her in a way that so much impurity existed in Father's world.
But despite the fact that so much corruption existed, Father had decided to cleanse the world of it.
It truly was wonderful.
[Final Judgment]
Tick.Tock.Tick.Tock
The clock reached noon once again, Raguel swung her blade, and in a moment entire population of the fortified temple was erased, leaving the building a mere shell.
The Father had judged the soldiers of Chrunus unforgivable, and so their sins were to be judged, and if they were numerous enough, finally cast to hell where they belong.
She cast a final glance at the empty stronghold before flapping her wings and flying off to the next temple.
She crossed her arms as she plunged into a sea of thought.
Ever since she had been created by the Father, her life had been truly fulfilling.
She had a purpose; it was everything a being like her needed.
She flapped her wings, launching herself with immense speed.
Boom
Soon after, she found herself right above another one of the fortified temples.
With elegance befiting one of the Supreme Angels, she landed in the middle of the fortification, ignoring the terrified Infidels.
Instead of the Judgment, these fools were to be reduced to nothing in a different way.
[Divine Storm], Raguel's storm raged around her as the eyes of the storm.
Soon after, everything was reduced to nothing, leaving only flat land. Raguel let out a sigh as she snapped her head to where the fortified temple stood.
She crossed her arms, pushing her chest slightly up as she took a step forward.
The father was surely hard at work eradicating other temples, according to the orders, she was to return to Valar when this temple was destroyed.
However, she had noticed a streak of shadow in the place where the temple stood. A minor irregularity was invisible to anyone but her.
She had theories on what it could be; it looked like a scar running across the ground, corrupted and vile as anything concerning Chrnus was.
She tapped her cheek before establishing a connection to the Father, [Father, I have detected an Anomaly. Requesting permission to investigate.]
A moment of silence followed before an affirmative answer came through the connection, [Granted.]
Raguel nodded before flapping her wings and approaching the dark scar.
It was like a portal to space was open before her, and yet nobody even noticed its existence.
"Curious." He reached forward, her hand stopping right before the scar.
For all intents and purposes, if this scar was unholy in nature, it should have been erased by the holy energy.
The mere fact that it remained after she had bathed the area in [Divine Storm] spoke much about its nature.
She crouched just before the scar, her hand finally landing onto the darkened ground.
The moment she touched it, her eyes widened.
"This thing..." She squinted, "It's pure Chaos."
It was not the light of the Father, but instead it was the true darkness of Chrunus that had defiled the very land of this temple.
She rose from her crouching position as she scrutinized the scar.
'By the Father's will, this will be cleansed.' She took a step forward into the scar.
The moment she stepped into it, her vision changed; it was like she stepped into a world similar to the world she was used to, and yet vastly different.
The world lost its color, and its form seemed to shift constantly; direction didn't exist.
In the distance, a massive Chaos Elemental loomed over the Horizon.
Despite it being her first time encountering something like this, she felt that she knew what to do.
She needed to destroy it.
She took a deep breath before her form shifted.
A mere moment later, where once an elegant woman stood was now a true form of a Throne.
The wheels of a throne spun around each other, the eyes locked on the massive elemental.
Raguel did not need to reveal her true form; however, it felt right to show something that defied Father's error of their way.
However, instead of fighting back, the Elemental attempted to disperse, to escape from her gaze.
"YOU. WILL. NOT. ESCAPE. [Command]." The Elemental Froze, the wheels of a throne gazing into its very soul.
A formless mass of smoke and storm seemed... afraid despite not being able to show it.
What creature of darkness could stand in the presence of God's Angels? The answer was simple: nobody who dwelt in darkness could do so.
"Ats is it, etsivoduc?!" The storm elemental spoke, its screeching not fazing the supreme Angel.
She could sense the fear of the creature.
Despite it being unable to experience emotion, it was terrified.
When faced with Angels, those who defied God would feel fear, even if they could not under normal circumstances.
"Idjod! Ezom!" The Chaos Elemental shuddered as Raguel approached, the wheels stopping, its eyes gazing through the elemental.
The chaos would learn to fear the forces of God.
She did not need to understand the creature; it would be eradicated.
[Divine Storm], a massive radiant storm washed over the chaotic world, the elemental instantly disappearing.
The moment the Elemental was destroyed, the world shifted once again, returning to normal and removing the scar.
Raguel's wheels spun quickly as a massive wave of gold washed over her, returning her to her usual human-like form.
It was time to return to Valar.
