Their main responsibility was to collect recyclables and waste door-to-door, while the sanitation and cleaning were contracted out to the people from the Municipal Bureau, like free removal of leaves and weeds, which could be taken to a fertilizer plant to make organic fertilizer.

The Crown District is divided into three sections, ABC, with the property management and security departments located in section B, as well as the recycling center.
