Either way, it still has to be the countryside of the West, putting aside property tax, with perpetual land ownership, and cheap price, it's practically given away, a land flowing with milk and honey.
But majority of those who buy it use it for developing livestock farming, and renovations and constructions will cost a lot. The bigger the house, the higher the tax.
6,000 acres of land. The price definitely indicates it's mostly undeveloped wasteland, not in a very favorable location, it can't be as picturesque as the private oil fields in the Wagner Estate.
