The frigid storm swept in from the Returning Ruins, carrying with it a world-covering blizzard. Raindrops froze into blade-like ice fragments in the upper air, swept by the Gang Wind, striking against everything, shredding rocks and vegetation into dust, and smacking layers of ice onto the mountain rocks like crashing waves.
