Zhou Lan's Yin Soul was just a newly born Yin Soul, its intelligence was still in a state of ignorance, not yet a Ghost Cultivator. To turn her into a Ghost Cultivator, it would still need Red Soul to guide her for some time.
Yang Zhenshan was also unable to immediately turn her into a Ghost General. However, that group of Power of Divine Soul could enhance her Yin Soul, allowing her to become a Ghost Cultivator more quickly.
Subsequently, Yang Zhenshan distributed the Power of Divine Soul in his hand to the surrounding Yin Souls, giving a little to each. Although this couldn't turn them all into Ghost Generals, it could speed up their cultivation advancements.
This way, it could maximize the utilization of the Power of Divine Soul and allow these Yin Souls to grow better.
After finishing these tasks, Yang Zhenshan chatted with Red Soul for a while before leaving the Divine Soul Hall.
