"Did a bad guy break into the house?" Duoduo exclaimed in surprise.
"Is it a thief?" Dou Dou's eyes widened, wanting to go out and see.
"What's there to steal in this house? It should be Xiao Ya's father." Xiao Yue rolled her eyes.
Dou Dou's face showed a look of shock.
"Didn't her father die? Could he have become a ghost like us?"
"If so, he's quite formidable, making such a ruckus." Duoduo said.
"What nonsense, he's alive, just out having fun somewhere and returning now." Xiao Yue said irritably.
"Didn't Potato say her parents were dead?" Dou Dou asked in surprise.
"When did brother say that?"
"He definitely said it, right, Sister Duoduo?"
Dou Dou wanted Duoduo to back her up, even calling her sister for support.
"You said they were dead; brother said not really but didn't clearly say they were." Xiao Yue said irritably.
"Is there a difference?" Dou Dou asked with a puzzled expression.
Xiao Yue didn't want to argue further and walked straight outside.
