As for Ye Jun who devoured the Sub-God Skill of Level 39, his body was no longer that of a skinny ant. Even if he still was an ant, it would be a very plump one, so adding the same energy again didn't make much difference in size.
As for this Sub-God Cultivation, what can I say?
It's somewhat like a funnel.
When the water level is at the bottom, it rises quickly, but when it reaches the higher layers, the surface expands, and it rises slowly.
I originally thought I would devour a few Sub-God Cultivation experts and then level up beyond Level 40. It would be a great way to experience the genuinely worthwhile divine abilities of Sub-God experts. However, now it seems that this wish will not come true. Although I'm just three levels short of Level 40, actually reaching it still feels far away. It seems not even ten or eight Enlightenment Rule-level experts will be enough to bridge the gap.
