He first walked over to a few shelves and a wardrobe, noting a thin layer of dust on the empty shelves and an equally empty wardrobe.
Ronan tapped the cabinet door lightly with his finger, then moved to the desk to examine the scattered papers and notes.
All were blank without any traces of writing.
