Although Yu Sheng felt Erin's so-called "research" was quite unconvincing, when leaving the Hilly Land, he still had the Little Puppet collect several crystal fragments—not because he truly believed the little thing had any research capabilities, but because he thought he might be able to discover something himself.
After all, if these crystals were really all formed from the dragon's remains, then it actually aligns a bit with his expertise.
Thus, Yu Sheng and Erin gathered several fragments of various sizes around the crystals. Lucrecia also collected some field data near the crash point, and then the group returned through the gate to the temporary camp located at the foot of the Angel Giant Tree.
At this point, the atmosphere in the camp had returned to normal. The crystal's fall didn't seem to have brought too much impact, though occasionally people would look in the direction where the crystal fell, murmuring and speculating about what had happened.
