Mobilize all 1,072 convoys in Xilan City, totaling over 65,000 survivors and 12,256 Investigation Corps soldiers, divided into three defensive bastion centers.
The defenses are divided into the [East City-Steel Plant-Weapon Factory] defense line, with Chief Commander Zhao Yu leading the Mechanical Corps, and the 3rd and 5th Battalions of the Investigation Corps guarding the East City Wall. The Arctic Wind Alliance and other 80 convoys are responsible for defending the steel plant industrial area, while the Warrior Team, Torch Alliance, and other 160 convoys guard the Xilan Weapon Factory. Although the East City line is the tightest and the span is not large, the number of people here is the smallest of the three points, but large convoys like the Arctic Wind Alliance possess firepower equivalent to dozens of convoys combined, not to be underestimated.
