In a fit of rage, the driver yanked off his cap, and at the moment he pulled the trigger, his mask fell off with his movement.
Chloe Simpson finally got a clear view of the face of the ride-share driver in front of her.
She never imagined, not even in her dreams, that this face belonged to the internationally notorious wanted murderer.
No, more accurately, it was the head of a terrorist organization, Phyllis.
Months ago, she had seen this information online.
It said Phyllis had clashed with another terrorist organization and barely escaped with his life, fleeing to within our borders.
How could it be?
Who would hire such a terrorist organization leader to kill her?
She was just a weak woman, powerless and defenseless.
There's no need to hire such an agent; anyone could easily kill her.
As Chloe's thoughts raced, the bullet finally flew over, hitting her in the chest.
The bullet embedded forcefully into her flesh, and a sharp pain instantly exploded inside her chest cavity.
