In the laboratory, only Su Ge and Xu Yang remained.
For a moment, it was eerily quiet.
"Senior Xu." It was still Su Ge who spoke first, "How come it feels like you weren't too surprised by their departure?"
At least, not as surprised as she was.
"I wasn't too surprised, actually." Xu Yang's honesty took Su Ge by surprise once more, "Nowadays, the organization might require more effort and responsibility than before. For those who can't adapt, leaving is only a matter of time."
Su Ge didn't quite understand, "Hasn't the club experiment always been like this?"
"Compensated experiments and uncompensated experiments, they do have their differences after all."
Even though Xu Yang explained as if it was quite clear, Su Ge still couldn't fully grasp it.
Is it because compensated experiments now require more responsibility, so people would rather leave the club than shoulder their responsibilities?
If they lack responsibility so much, how did they manage the previous experiments?
