At this moment, the Nine-Tails had wisely chosen to play dead.
Curled up in the sealed space, it kept repeating to itself, You can't see me. You can't see me.
Whether it was Uchiha Madara or Senju Hashirama, these were the last people the Nine-Tails wanted to deal with.
One could control it with a single glance.
The other could grab it like a stray kitten and toss it around at will.
Past experiences had humbled even the most prideful of Tailed Beasts.
The once-mighty Nine-Tails now behaved more obediently than a house pet.
"Hmm…"
Takuya narrowed his eyes, examining the battlefield before answering,
"It's about the same, I suppose. But my Susanoo doesn't have as many weapons."
Takuya's Susanoo and Mangekyō Sharingan were basically the premium versions, the kind that were an instant favorite in any game due to their aesthetics.
His Susanoo had a unique weapon—a knight's lance—unlike Madara, who wielded dual swords in a relentless assault.
And if things got serious, Madara could even conjure two more.
"Shinra Banshō!"
With his usual dramatic flair, Madara stood atop the crystalline head of his Perfect Susanoo, arms crossed, and uttered the words with absolute confidence.
His colossal Susanoo swung its blade.
The vast forest that had once surrounded him vanished in an instant, obliterated by a single stroke.
The sheer force of the attack split the Hidden Cloud Village in two, leveling everything in its path.
"BOOOOM!"
A deafening explosion echoed through the mountains.
Even a distant peak outside the village had been cleanly sliced in half.
The shinobi on the scene looked on in pure shock.
Some, too terrified to stand, collapsed to their knees, swallowing hard as they stared in disbelief.
"How the hell are we supposed to fight this?!"
Onoki flinched as unpleasant memories resurfaced.
When Madara had fought him and his teacher, he hadn't even been trying.
At the time, Madara had spoken with nothing but disdain:
"Would an adult seriously go all out against a child?"
The Third Raikage, the so-called "Strongest Spear and Shield" of the ninja world, was beginning to reconsider his life choices.
Perhaps it was time to retire those titles.
"Strongest Spear?"
Look at that attack!
"Strongest Shield?"
When an entire village gets bisected, does it really matter?
Wait—someone did block it?
Oh, it was Hashirama.
Well, that doesn't count.
Hashirama wasn't human.
Tobirama's expression darkened as he shot a glance at Takuya, his face practically screaming:
"And you still think I was wrong to target the Uchiha?"
"What if another Madara shows up?!"
Even if that didn't happen, one Takuya was already enough of a headache.
If another one popped up, was he supposed to just accept this fate?
Takuya, noticing the glare, casually lifted his hand and flashed a friendly gesture.
Tobirama's face turned red with rage.
"Come on, Hashirama!!!"
"Hahahaha!!!"
Madara's excitement only grew as the battle raged on.
Meanwhile, Hashirama wasn't smiling.
He could feel it—Madara was far stronger than before.
"Wood Release: Wood Dragon Jutsu!"
"Wood Release: Wooden Golem Jutsu!"
Since Madara had brought out his Perfect Susanoo, Hashirama had no choice but to respond in kind.
The Wood Golem and Wood Dragon had always been his best counters to the Susanoo.
"BOOOOM!"
From the wreckage of the destroyed forest, an enormous wooden giant rose.
Following it, a massive wooden dragon emerged, roaring as it coiled through the air.
Sure, both of them looked ugly.
But their presence was nothing short of overwhelming.
The strangest part?
The wooden dragon actually roared—despite being made of solid wood.
Its voice was a bit hoarse, though.
Standing atop the wooden golem, Hashirama called out,
"Come, Madara!!"
"BOOOOM!"
"BOOOOM!"
Two colossal figures crashed into each other.
Each step they took sent shockwaves rippling through the earth.
Under the eyes of thousands, the Perfect Susanoo and the Wooden Golem locked arms, engaging in a fierce contest of raw power.
But Madara's Susanoo was stronger.
With sheer force, it began pushing the golem back.
The ground beneath the wooden titan's feet cracked apart, carving deep trenches as it was forced to retreat.
"ROAAAAR!!!"
The wooden dragon wasn't just a bystander.
As the Susanoo continued its relentless advance, the dragon lunged, coiling around it like a serpent.
The Wood Dragon didn't just restrain the Susanoo—it also drained its chakra.
In their past battles, the combination of Wood Golem and Wood Dragon had always given Madara trouble.
Even his Perfect Susanoo couldn't escape unscathed.
The battlefield trembled.
The very earth seemed to groan under the weight of their clash.
Meanwhile, the shinobi of the Allied Forces began questioning their own existence.
"Is this really a fight we can even participate in?"
"If we try, we'll probably die before we even realize what hit us."
As everyone was engrossed in watching the spectacle, a shadow slithered toward the hidden sector where the Jinchūriki and Tailed Beasts were being held.
Others could afford to be spectators.
But Black Zetsu had work to do.
"Found you."
With a sinister grin, he activated Kamui to phase through the seals.
Just as he entered, however, he was greeted by the cold, unimpressed faces of Rasa and Yagura.
"Apologies," Yagura said flatly. "We've been waiting for you."
"Shit!"
It was a trap.
The Five Great Shinobi Villages had expected him to come.
From the moment he had slipped in, shinobi had already begun surrounding the area.
"So taking the Tailed Beasts won't be easy after all."
Fine.
Then he'd fight.
If Takuya had been guarding this place, Black Zetsu would have hesitated.
But Rasa and Yagura?
They were nothing.
A surge of green chakra flared as a smaller—but fully armored—Susanoo materialized around him.
With Obito's body enhanced by White Zetsu cells and under Black Zetsu's control, he could forcefully activate a Perfect Susanoo—though it was notably smaller, like a malnourished version of Madara's.
"No way—again?!"
Even though they had expected an attack, seeing another Susanoo suddenly appear made Rasa and Yagura curse internally.
"Can the Uchiha ever just fight normally?!"
First, the massive one outside.
Now, a smaller one inside.
And even though it wasn't as massive as Madara's, it still looked like a nightmare to deal with.
"Stop him!!" Rasa barked, as golden sand surged toward the Susanoo.
In the distance, the battle had caught Tobirama's attention.
He scoffed.
"Of course they had a backup plan."
"This is my brother's fight," he declared.
"We'll handle this. Let's go."
With a single gesture, he placed a hand on the Third Raikage and Onoki, teleporting them toward the battle.
"If an enemy dares to reveal themselves, they won't be walking away."
"I may not be able to take down Madara…"
"But Obito?"
"That, I can definitely handle."
