At the time, it had caught everyone off guard. Not only did Luca want to give a short lecture before any actual cooking began, but he had also insisted on preparing aprons and hats for everyone in advance.

But his little money-grubber, despite looking a little teary-eyed, still insisted that it was important.

Because according to him, these people would go home and cook for their families. If they did that without understanding the basics of food safety, then instead of a happy meal, they might end up with stomach aches. Or worse. Food poisoning.
