Chapter 9 - Chapter 9: The Glutton

At the temple, Yeon is prepared to fight Garuda. Jade was unconscious at Garuda's feet. She picked Jade up and threw her towards the exit and said, "Both of you won't be able to stop me, so you might as well leave, and I will let you live." Yeon Started laughing. Historically, she started using her spatial magic to alter the atmosphere of the area. She put her hands together and collected spatial energy in her hands and used a powerful spell called Spacial Disintegration that fired a massive spatial energy beam towards Garuda. But Garuda Blocked the attack with her hand, then she dashed towards Yeon and went to kick her, but Yeon Appeared behind Garuda and kicked her towards the ground. Before Garuda got back on her feet, Yeon summoned her spatial sword Dainsleif and cut her arms off and said, "What are you going to do now without your arms?" Garuda realised with the atmosphere covered in spatial magic, Yeon had the ability to teleport anywhere around the room. Garuda regenerated her arms and enhanced them, making her body more durable and lighter. She stood up and hit Yeon with a right hook and then went for a roundhouse kick, but Yeon teleported before the kick could land, but before Yeon realised. Garuda's enhanced body was able to keep up with her teleportation. Garuda Grabbed Yeon's arm and ripped it out of the socket and then punched her into the wall. Yeon's body was covered in scars. She stood back up, sword in hand, knowing she had one attack left in her before she couldn't go on fighting. She covered her sword in spatial magic and dashed towards Garuda. Garuda punched Yeon in the face but realised the thing she punched was an illusion. Yeon came up behind Garuda, slashing her back and leaving a big mark. Yeon couldn't go in; she fell to the ground unconscious. Before falling unconscious, she said, "Testarossa. I am sorry I couldn't do much, Kaya; it's all up to you now." Garuda healed her wounds and looked towards Kaya. She noticed she was covered in a blood cocoon, and when it started breaking, Kaya came out with 4 demon horns, and it started raining blood. Kaya drew her twins that were coated in blood. Garuda smiled and said, "This is going to be fun. Come on, Kaya Bloodfallen, let's see what you can do." Before engaging in combat, she realised that the blood rain wasn't going away; she didn't have time to find out what its purpose was before she got into her fighting stance.
