Chapter 615
"KUK!" Grey could be seen and heard coughing as the exchange between Thalos and the demon grew so intense that even the shockwaves were reaching where he was. The force kept battering his already weakened body, but his eyes stayed open, locked on the chaos before him.
Through his blurred vision, he saw how the demon's body kept regenerating no matter how many devastating hits Thalos landed on it, and two words echoed constantly in his mind.
'Not enough.'
He knew they needed more to actually bring the demon down, but he didn't know what that "more" was. He was completely at a loss on what to do, and to make it worse, he was injured—barely able to stand, let alone fight. Or so everyone thought.
A faint glow suddenly flickered around the pendant hanging from his neck, catching Rivock and Mada's attention mid-battle. Their eyes widened when they noticed the aura forming around him.
