Li and Yi both quickly realised why it was that they felt so strange, or why their voices did not sound right, suddenly, the haze of their minds seemed dispelled entirely by the shock of this revelation, whilst remaining bound in place, they realised that something most fundamental about their existence had greatly shifted.
They had been turned into women! Into female versions of themselves!
"What sort of occult technique is this?! Edrick! What's the meaning of this?!" Li roared, but his tone of voice left much to be desired, not only had his voice become that of a woman, but his being had been changed so deeply and strongly that he couldn't properly use his vocal cords either!
It was like he needed to relearn everything with this new body.
"Shh, calm down, Lisha, I am getting there…" Anoteros brushed the core disciple's long hair aside and grabbed his- Or rather, her chin, propping it up as the one being touched stared at the noble scion with trembling, wide-opened eyes.
"Who are you talking to-?" the disciple was slapped, it was only a small hit, but right now, it definitely did hurt.
"That's you, your name is no longer Li, you two need new names for your new lives, that is only natural… So Li is now Lisha, and Yi is now Yifei, I don't want to hear you two referring to your old names from now on, understood? Don't force my hand and make me punish you both" he spoke sternly, and the dark-haired girl could only swallow her words, right now, she was incredibly vulnerable, so despite how wrathful she may be on the inside, Lisha stayed silent.
"M-May we know how this happened?" Yifei was quicker to understand the situation, even before, with the gap in their cultivation levels, the prosecutor had made sure to remain as cordial as possible with Edrick, understanding that one should know to be respectful of those with great backgrounds.
"Of course, there is no harm in revealing this, the two of you are my property now, after all… But we'll get over your positions in this residence later, I am actually quite excited about this, and would love to speak about it!" Anoteros chuckled as he let go of Lisha's chin and went back to sit down.
From a pocket, he pulled out two small, thin vials, the glass making them up seemed most ordinary, and so did the cork, but both were still exceedingly refined, both bottles were utterly empty, without even a drop being left within, both possessed the same small note attached to them, which presumably detailed the effects of what was once contained within.
"These vials once contained 'Everlasting Elixir Of Inversion', it is quite the wonder, let me tell you… I was hoping to cheat a bit and only use one for the two of you, but each vial only contains enough for a single person, can't dilute it either, or it won't be everlasting, and I just can't have that- For temporary transformations, I am sure that there are plenty of other means, but this elixir, it is far more precious than that" Edrick marked a pause, enjoying their change in expression as they realised that their current state was not going to go away eventually.
With a smile, he continued.
"Furthermore, it is completely irreversible, but that's not all, the one who invented it is quite the genius, and it is clear that he had a very specific use for it in mind, you see, those who drink the elixir are technically rebuilt in a version of themselves from the opposite sex, but the elixir makes it so that this opposite version will turn out most alluring, I can confirm, you two are some nice looking beauties now" Anoteros cracked his neck, setting the two vials down on a nearby table.
"I hear that the creator had a very specific preference, and I am sure you can both understand the allure of turning a man into a woman and making her submit to you… No? You lack imagination, in that case, it is a bit like a foppoof, looks like a girl, moans like one, but is a man, so obviously, he knows how to handle your junk by simple virtue of having one as well- Still no? Alright then…" Edrick shrugged.
He sighed, thinking that he really should find some like-minded people to have proper discussions with, he was surrounded by uncultured philistines! He wasn't asking them to approve, just to use their heads and see the point he was making!
But it seemed that having proper conversations about the good things in this world was not for today.
"Even though you guys maintained the same height as before, so one meter and seventy-five centimeters for Yifei, and one meter and seventy-eight centimeters for Lisha, that is linked to the fact that your actual strength and cultivation levels have remained unchanged, same for your raw talent and the likes… In fact, even if you were ordinary people, you would still be as strong as a man even after being swapped, so really, there are no downsides to the inversion, the creator not only wanted to warm his bed, but also for them to remain just as useful as before the transformation"
"As you can tell, however… Right now, you two are sluggish, unfocused… Weak, that's because you need to acclimate and get used to this new body, you have been modified from the ground up, depending on how obedient you are… It could take between one week to one month for you to recover your former strength" once again, Edrick stood up and moved right up to his two guests, looking at them in turns.
"As one might expect- It is hard to control yourself like this… Or endure the sensations of having crossed over to the other side, let me demonstrate…"
Edrick put up one hand against the stomach of both Lisha and Yifei, both of them retained most of their former builds, so the former had firm abs, and whilst the latter also did, he was clearly far more leaning towards flexibility and moving around than the other, who leaned more toward standing her ground and remaining solidly anchored upon the floor.
They both felt chills course through their bodies, they wanted to be repulsed to be touched in such a way by a man, but those newfound bodies were not going into accordance with their minds at all, and at a most primal level, a female would not dislike being softly touched by a male.
"Don't grit your teeth just yet, this is only the beginning" he swiftly moved up and gave their breasts a light squeeze, Yifei was more on the smaller side, whilst Lishan leaned more toward the bigger side, though not so much.
They could not help but emit muffled moans, the simplest of touches was unbearably stimulating.
Anoteros smiled in satisfaction as his hands descended lower… It should not take too long to make them submit, especially once the crests were put in place.
