After speaking, the golem rose higher into the air and flew away. It quickly became a tiny dot in the sky before it disappeared completely from his sight.
Arthur watched it go for a while. When he couldn't see the golem anymore, he returned his attention to the memory crystal in his hand.
He placed the memory crystal against his head to see if he had missed anything. But when he did so, he realized that he had taken everything the memory crystal had to give, and the memory crystal had become useless because it was a one-time-use consumable.
So he put away the useless crystal and focused on the two new techniques within his mind. Like sect techniques, these two new techniques are bound with curse chains that prevent them from being shared or read by an external force scanning his mind.
Only he could access the two techniques in his mind, and that would remain the same until he died or became one of the leaders of the sect.
