[3rd POV]
Staring at the pale faced man across from her, Morgan could only grin in excitement, as she could not wait to make the man feel all the pain she had felt upon remembering the act that he had done to her mother, an innocent woman who simply wished to heal her mother, and her father, who had been forced to watch.
"Now, ladies and gentlemen and all those in between, it is time to start this once in a millennia rating game! In one corner we have Lord Rainel Phenex, and in the other, we have Lord Morgan Zagan!" Zelran announced, as the crowd began to roar in excitement.
For this would be the first time ANY of them would see the Strongest Queen in a Rating Game. It would be the first time they had seen most of them in a rating game, especially in the case of the Longinus class sacred gears.
There had been longinus's in peerages only a handful of times before, and there weren't any in the Underworld at the moment, beside Morgan. And her peerage had 6 of them, almost half of the Longinus's in the world, making her peerage politically the most powerful in the Underworld.
She knew that once this was all over with, things would change...a lot, and she would need to prepare more for it. Not only that, but she would need to up her training, and begin to diversify, learning new magics and new powers that can help her reach Super Class, which was the minimum level of power she needed in order to be able to defend herself, and her peerage.
Rizevim was super class after all, and that man was the greatest threat to her, with his ability to cancel out sacred gears, something that would be a huge threat to her, should she not get a good universe to get her next set of abilities from. She hoped for a world like Black Clover or Fairy Tail, but it was all up to luck at this point.
Ignoring the thoughts of the future, Morgan decided to focus on the present, as she looked forward, listening as Zelran continued to excitedly speak.
"The battle is to the death for only the Kings of each peerage! All others are until surrender or unconsciousness! This is a no hold bards, no rule battle! The stadium will be an open one, with no hiding, no buildings, nothing! A pure and badass battle of the ages!" Zelran explained, excitement clear in his tone as the spectators seemed just as excited as him.
Whereas Rainel was both furious and terrified. For even he could tell that this battle was completely and utterly one sided. With Morgan having vastly superior quality members of her peerage, having more power and variety than he did, and had some of the greatest warriors of the Underworld in her peerage, not just the underworld, but potentially even the entire world.
After all, not everyone can face off with Serafall Leviathan and live to tell the tale, and Grayfia was one of the few, alongside Gabriel of Heaven and a handful of others.
"Now, with the explanation over with, the barrier up and prepared by Satan Beelzebub, and the Peerages completely prepared, it is time to commence the battle!" Zelran roared, as the crowd roared even louder than he had, cheering emanating from them as the clock above began to count down from 5 seconds.
Seeing this, Morgan smirked and turned back to the girls.
"Whoever takes out the most members of his peerage will get one favor from me, as long as it's within reason" Morgan said, as their eyes widened, before steeling for the girls, while Sairaorg let out a laugh and Diehauser just shook his head with a chuckle.

"LET THE BATTLE, COMMENCE!" Zelran roared, as the clock dinged, and within an instant, words echoed from both Valiana and Issei's sacred gears.
"Balance Breaker!" Ddraig and Albion both echoed, as the balance breaker formed around the two, and they took off with immense speed.
"Nya don't leave me behind! I'll use that favor to ask for kittens!~" Kuroka purred as she ran off in a burst of speed after them, as Morgan just laughed, watching as Rainel's group began to splinter off into groups in order to fight her own peerage.
"I'll be the one winning this" Grayfia said with a serious glint in her eyes, as the ground began to shake slightly, frost forming as she disappeared as if she had teleported, when in actuality, it was pure speed.
"They stand no chance, don't they?" Roygun asked at her side with an amused expression, as Morgan laughed.
"Nope, they're going to get annihilated. But that was the point, to show the power of my peerage and my family to the entire world, so that none would ever underestimate me ever again. You guys can take care of the stragglers" Morgan said as they nodded.
"What of Rainel? He might be weaker than you, but he's still a threat, and who knows what sort of tricks he has up his sleeves" Seekvaira asked.
"I'll deal with him personally. Nothing he has prepared can overcome the difference, not unless it's something huge, something that would put him in deep shit with the entire Underworld, not just me" Morgan said with a grunt, doubting the man would have much to stop her with, at least, she would think so.
"Well then, I'll be off!" Roygun said with a giggle, as Diehauser and Seekvaira just shook their heads and took off as well, ready to battle it out with Rainel's group.
This left only Morgan and Rainel, standing far across from one another, one glaring at the other with utter hatred, and the other not showing any emotions, which was...far more terrifying. As around them booms and crackle's echoed as their teams fought.

With Valiana and Issei, they were at one end of the stadium, in their balance breaker forms as they fought the rooks of the Phenex group.
"I bet you I can beat my opponent first!" Issei challenged with a grin, as Valiana scowled.
"As if you oppai addicted pervert. My sacred gear is way better for one on one battles. You're going to get crushed, and I'll be the one to get that favor from Morgan!" Valiana growled, as her eyes glowed, Issei's glowing in response.
*Dragon Shot!* Ddraig's voice echoed from Issei's gear, as a beam of green energy slammed against the rook in front of her, launching him back against the wall as he fell to the ground, unconscious.
"Rainel Phenex Rook, Retired" Zelran's voice echoed as they watched as Valiana deflected the blow of her rook she was facing, annoyed that Issei took hers down first.
"Hah! I'm already ahead of you Valiana!" Issei said with a smug grin underneath her armor, as she took off to fight another member of Rainel's group, leaving behind Valiana who snarled, her fist slamming into the stomach of the rook she was fighting, a blast of energy exiting her fist at the same moment, launching him back just like Issei's was.
"Rainel Phenex Rook, Retired"
"You aren't beating me, Issei!" Valiana yelled as she burst forward after Issei who was already fighting another member.

With Kuroka, the Nekoshou was giggling as she teleported, dodging blasts of magic that the rival Bishops threw towards her, youjutsu circles and demonic circles forming to block and reflect them. While at the same time Levinia was fighting another older bishop, an aged man with grey hair and a long beard.
Her sacred gear was behind her as Absolute Demise continued to freeze the area, forcing the bishops to use fire magics to melt the ice in order to have a chance at a proper fight with the two of them.
"Man you're boring, not nearly as fun of a fight as I was expecting, Nya~" Kuroka teased with a yawn, as she launched a blast of energy of her own at the man, which struck against his shield, cracking it, but not breaking through completely, as the bishops in Rainel's peerage were amongst the strongest in his group.
"I think I'm done with you now, otherwise I won't get that favor~" Kuroka purred in excitement at the thought of the favor, before teleporting in front of the man, magic slamming into him in the next moment.

"That was...underwhelming" Levinia muttered in slight disappointment as absolute demise disappeared from behind her, Kuroka giggled at her friend's statement.
"Shouldn't be a surprise, after all we've been planning for this for a while now" Kuroka said, before turning her gaze to her next targets, hoping to win this challenge so she can get that favor. Levinia wanted it too, as she moved rapidly as Kuroka did as well, both ready to get that favor.

Similar things were occurring with the rest of the peerage, as they fought and were actively obliterating their competition in battle, none of them being able to do much, as even experience did little in the face of absolute power.
Something that Rainel Phenex was about to realize first hand as Morgan and him stared one another down, their peerages fighting throughout the stadium, but leaving them to fight one another.
"You know, I truly didn't hate you Phenex's, not really. I found your son to be an arrogant little brat, but I didn't hate the rest of you. Not until I remembered what you did to my mother and father, after the things you said about them. I would have let you off had I not remembered, but now? Now I'm going to kill you, and everyone in the world are going to watch as I do so" Morgan said, her eyes cold as she looked at the man who growled.

Hearing the announcements, Rainel growled as flames flew towards Morgan in an instant, only for her to lift her hand, as in the next moment, an ice wall blocked the flames, as ice began to form on the ground, traveling towards the man.
Seeing the ice forming that raced towards him, the man launched to the skies with his Phenex flame wings, Morgan just staring up at him as he began to launch more and more attacks at her, all of them being blocked or dodged with little care, as the flames didn't really harm her, and the man wasn't strong enough to be a proper threat to her.
"You really are weak, aren't you? Sure you have experienced, but even experience does nothing in the face of power, and you, you aren't powerful. Just a walking talking chicken who thinks himself to be a Phoenix, how...disappointing. I'd have hoped to make this more enjoyable, but I can tell now that killing you will be easier than I had anticipated, I hope you at least have some sort of trick up your sleeves" Morgan said with a fake taunting yawn, which got the reaction she wanted out of the man, as he reached into his pocket.
"You bitch! You asked for it!" Rainel snarled, as he took a small bottle out of his pocket, and the second Morgan saw it, she could tell that it was holy in nature, holy water of the purest kind, holy water that even a Satan could be threatened and harmed by.
As he opened the cork, holy energy began to almost immediately invade the surroundings, more noticeably, towards Morgan. Feeling the energy beginning to flood towards her, Morgan twitched in discomfort.
The spectators felt horror at the sight of it, as using holy water of such a purity was a huge insult, and cowardly. But that horror turned to awe as they watched as Morgan stared at the man, the water splashing against her and did...absolutely nothing, as she just looked at the man with a small smirk on her face, and spoke.
"...So...is that it?"

So originally this was going to be the only chapter for the fight. But I decided that that was...a bit underwhelming, so the fight will last either one or two more chapters.
Not sure about the quality of this one, as I am dead tired, but I hope it was at least decent.
