Chapter 322 - Puppeteer's Recoiling?

Or was it something having to do with his greatsword?

"Getting slower now are we?" Lillian muttered, parrying another swing from the Puppeteer but with less difficulty compared to before.

Thalrek strained his eyes and took a step back, creating distance between him and Lillian, accidentally stumbling in his retreat.

Something was definitely wrong. And it must be from the greatsword in his hand.

He looked down at the large weapon that seemed more like a sharpened, large slab of metal attached to a handle, which he was clutching with both his hands.

What was going on?

Why had he transitioned from wielding it carelessly in one hand to now having to steady himself with two?

Although he had noticed a subtle change in its weight earlier, he hadn't put much thought into it. However, that was only until it grew to a point where it became unbearable.

Each time he was parried, the more the greatsword weighed in his hands.

Could it be... The restriction placed on it?

That must be it!
