Angelica was irritated, she only blamed herself. If she was not here, her mother would not have the avenue to ask her such questions.
"Angelica, answer me, I am waiting for a response. Tell me, why do you think your husband is not interested in consummating your marriage," Ohara asked again.
Angelica sighed. She should have known that her mother would take this far. She was not the kind of woman that ran to her mother to tell her everything that was happening in her life. She would be an idiot to do that. Which was why, she was not prepared to tell her mother anything.
Knowing how her mother was already thinking, she knew that if she heard even half of what had transpired in simply four days of living in the castle, she would waste no time to carry her away and allow their entire family be banished.
Secondly, know that her mother was sure that her marriage remained unconsummated, she saw it as an opportunity to get it annulled, and Angelica was never going to allow that happen.
