"Hurry up patty. We wouldn't want to be late, on your first day at school now. Would we?" Kelly said, her voice a bit high.
She was currently outside her two story apartment, holding a small school bag. Dressed in a free casual sky blue dress, reaching to her kness. Complimenting her smooth melanin skin, and long wavy brown hair.
"I'm coming!" A voice yelled from inside the house. Followed by the frantic pacing of hurried steps approaching the door.
"Mr Franklin was feeling scared today so i had to cheer him up." The little girl of no more than 6 years of age said.
She was wearing a white shirt with blue patterns, and black skirt reaching just below her knees. A bright smile plastered to her innocent face.
'She's nervous.' Kelly inwardly chuckled, seeing through patty smile. She could tell the latter was nervous, which was considerable amongst most teens.
"Hey~" Kelly softly uttered with a light smile, crouching down to meet patty gaze.
