"Welcome, everyone. I am Arjun," a man with a shaved head and a serene smile said as he stepped to the center of the circle. He wore loose linen pants and a white tunic, with a Mala bead necklace draped around his neck.
It was Ruan's first Yoga class and he had made Jax join him.
"I'm deeply honored to guide you today on this journey of meditation and healing. This isn't your typical yoga class. Here, we'll move softly, breathe deeply, and work together to release what no longer serves us. It's a healing class, and I truly hope you will learn something valuable."
Jax nodded, shifted on the mat, and felt Ruan's hand on his thigh. Their eyes met, and he quickly looked away.
Throughout the ride to the yoga class, Ruan had made things impossible for him, and it took all his willpower not to confess his feelings.
Ruan's fingers crept up his chest, and Jax clenched his fists tightly to stay focused.
Luckily, Arjun, the instructor, spoke up again.
