When they finally saw the stream, it looked wider than Theo had expected.
It split around low islands of stone, joined again and disappeared behind trees.
'To see what has happened just by listening from far is not enough for this area,' Theo realized but he still asked.
"Upstream or down?" he asked.
"I was being chased so I didn't stop to check."
Theo nodded. They needed to see for themselves which way was right.
Rhevard went closer to the bank while Saevra stayed on higher ground. Theo followed between them until two students appeared on the opposite side.
One had a bow which made Theo's eyes sparkle for a moment. There were three arrows in the holster at his waist.
Saevra stopped walking and the archer looked at her holster before realizing her gaze. He quickly covered his arrows with his hand making Theo smile. He already realized what his team wanted.
"Stay away and we can all move without any losses," he spoke but Theo felt nervousness in his eyes.
