Theron stood in silence as though he didn't understand what the man was saying at all. His focused state hadn't faded in the slightest. In fact, in Veinsong, his blood was boiling all the more, his eyes focused on every little twitch of Betrix's body.
Betrix grinned. "A true assassin, indeed. I'm not going to be able to do this the easy way, am I? But if you think the strength of a Quasi King is so easily dealt with, you're a fool."
Taking a step forward, Betrix suddenly faded from the world, and Theron's Third Eye exploded forth with its true might. A swirling cyclone of water continued to wrap around his waist, but this time he sent himself flying high into the air.
His gaze flashed and [Entangling Clouds] activated. With a stomp at the air as though it was solid earth, he launched himself even further back.
