His body flickered as if it would phase out of reality, and the golden light in his eyes became like miniature suns. Kalis's crimson scales began to glow from within, and his horns grew longer, crackling with draconic power. Sophia's horn developed veins of pure gold, and a faint halo formed above her head. Mundun's rock skin hardened, forming rune-like patterns, while Zakoff's hide thickened into a pale, ice-like armor.
