Upon arriving inside the vip ward the second time, my eyes set on the figure asleep on the bed.
The huge bed, which had yellow and blue decorations, was placed close to the windows. And the white curtains of the windows were opened, causing the bright light of the sun to illuminate most parts of the room.
I walked over to the bedside.
What greeted me as soon as I stood next to the bed was the pale sight of Bella, President Michael's daughter.
'She looks horrible. I would believe it if they told me that she was a ghost'. Elektra admitted.
Bella's face and some parts of her body that I could see, like her neck, hands and feet, were very pale, as if she was a vampire who lacked blood to drink.
My right hand reached forward and my index finger and my thumb opened her eyes. Her blue eyes were dull. They lacked life. And both sclera of her eyes were drastically whiter than what they were supposed to be.
I removed my fingers from her eyes and her eyes closed on their own.
